Edward arrived on time to inspect my washing machine and identified the problem straight away. He quickly ordered the required part and returned promptly to complete the repair with no time wasted. He clearly explained why the machine had stopped working, which I really appreciated. Edward was professional, friendly, and very pleasant throughout the whole process. The engineer obviously didn't know what he was talking about. He insisted that our washing machine required a new door lock despite being told that was not the problem. £250 later he agreed and disappeared not heard from since.

Booked for the next day, only to be told they couldnt come until Monday (I had to call to even check the appointment was going ahead). The lady Emma kept hanging up the phone mid-way, cutting me off which was SO RUDE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
