Jake was very informative about the product and the warranty. He took the time to explain everything and had much patience when my HSA card wouldn’t work and waited until we were able to find a different payment option. He was knowledgeable and courteous. My husband and I are satisfied that we made the right choice calling your company.

Anthony was kind and compassionate to my personal needs. He answered all of my questions without hesitation. He showed curiosity and explained everything to me. I’m Thankful for his professionalism and a good salesman, although he spoke with me as a friend . He assisted me with the purchase of a portable oxygen concentrator that works in MY best interests. There was NO high pressure salesman at all and it’s high pressure salespeople that ruins a lot of sales in this day and time. Thank You, Tony for your genuine concern for me.
