If I could give a Zero Star I would. Worst customer service ever. Received a $2500 unit that did not work on the plane and batteries failed. Returned the unit for a full refund. Had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the machine that could have killed my husband during the 6 hour flight. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They charge the restocking fee if you do not return in 5 days. Impossible if you receive it, use it, it fails and want to return it. Will never get back in 5 days. Terrible!

Emily was the representative who helped me. She was so informative about the products available and which POC was the best choice for me. She was so positive and friendly, it was a pleasure talking with her.

Jake was very nice and very helpful.He was able to help me find what I needed at a good price . I appreciate it and will return for future purchases.

Josh Simpson was the company representative that I was in contact with on 3 occasions over 3 days. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and patient.he explained everything that applied to my needs including oxygen concentrations, FAA approval , & the need for physicians prescription. My pulmonologist had already given me a prescription so the order was easy to place. Thank you Josh for all of your really helpful knowledge.

After 2 days of research into portable oxygen devices, the conclusion was nothing on Amazon gave me all the features I was looking for. Then internet searches revealed only a handful of devices that suited my needs.
After talking with Collin this morning I decided that since I was the one going to be using the device I should be the one to choose. Collin answered all my questions succinctly.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a unit 3 months ago for over 2000 dollars. The unit has a 3 year warranty and is already messed up. I called for the warranty issues and the lady rudely told me that they won't honor the warranty and that I will have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. Unfortunately I'm a disabled veteran that can't afford to fix or buy a new unit. Please save yourself a lot of headaches and don't use this company!!!

Brett Carlson was very helpful. I just need oxygen at night and need something portable because I dog sit at other peoples houses and occasionally travel. My concentrator is too big and heavy to use as a portable machine. Brett was extremely helpful in explaining options and coming up with a perfect solution to my issues. I’m excited to receive my portable oxygen concentrator and very grateful for Brett taking the time to answer all my questions and coming up with a perfect fit! I highly recommend this company and Brett.

Truly amazing person, well spoken man and vary helpful in choosing the right oxygen machine.

Buyers beware! The air nipple fell off my Arya and could not be reattached without dismantling the unit, which voids the warranty. I had to pay $50 for freight to have it repaired at their shop. I received a call today from their service department telling me the unit was damaged and unfixable, and the warranty did not cover damage. Their solution was to sell me a remanufactured unit for $850 plus another $50 for shipping. These people are bullies and need to be exposed.
