The team seemed okay but did badly let us down by making mistakes on the same day service which meant it was overlooked and our set up ended up taking 3.5 days instead of one due to a weekend which didn't help.
Probably easily corrected by other customers asking for confirmation the same day process has been correctly applied for.

Having reviewed your order, it appears that the Guaranteed Same-Day Service was purchased after the application had already been submitted, rather than during the application process itself. In these circumstances, a note should be added to the account so that our Review Team can prioritise the application accordingly. Unfortunately, due to human error, this note was not added, and as a result, the application was processed without the Guaranteed Same-Day Service being applied.
We completely understand how disappointing this must have been. When a customer purchases a service specifically to ensure their company is formed on the same day, they should be able to rely on that commitment being honoured. We recognise that, in this instance, we fell short of the standard of service you rightly expected from us, and for that, we sincerely apologise.
I can confirm that a full refund for the Guaranteed Same-Day Service has already been processed. I have also attempted to contact you directly to discuss your feedback in more detail; however, I have not yet received a response.
