Always room for improvement but, still looking really good.

I like the service. The only problem I have with it is that it is exceedingly difficult trying to add family members to the family tree. There are no instructions for this and it is very difficult to use.

I am very happy with this company

I enjoyed my experience with 23 and me until it required a password I did not know. After that I could no longer access the website, and my connection to it ended.

I’ve enjoyed the learning process of past ancestors and health. Seeing the Viking ancestors was pretty cool too.

The only thing I did not like was in order for you to connect with family they have to be signed up for 23 and me as well other than that but looking for my half siblings and they aren’t on here.

Knowing that I have some sence of my heritage. Helped me to know where it all began.

Your function has not been coincident with my needs for a long time. I still use your matching feature but it is not close to your major competitor (Ancestry). I am a genealogist and find Ancestry’s tools much better.

I was scared my information was not safe during the company’s turmoil but all is well and it’s better than expected
So many ancestry DNA matches alive and located thru archaeological research
Records were not kept during many early times but DNA speaks volumes
I am truly amazed and look forward to much more that is uncovered in the future

Getting to know my family lineage and medical gene makeup is great and something to pass on to my kids.

I think this is very thorough and detailed. The site is easy to navigate.

The access to information

I am interested in finding out who I really am.

I trust the data and think the health and research you’re doing is great.

First: I do not recall the last time that I tried to contact you. I do not recall any specifics regarding a conversation on 10/29/2025.
Second: Getting sufficient guidance is more than a challenge whenever I have a need to communicate.

I have learned so much about my family history. Met cousins I did not know I had. And the information continues to improve, more details, and places. I always looks forward to the next report, or update.

Very quick in and out in minutes. Also had all my information so no need to produce insurance or additional paperwork.

I live being able to find out where my family is from and being able to see what I received genetically from my ancestors. My favorite part seeing my historical matches. I actually do come from Vikings and can back back that up with scientific data.
