H&S team does an excellent job. They are friendly and suggest good deals on air fare. Sarita and Leo are excellent employees. I have been booking tickets since 2016, even my colleagues does with them. I recommend most of my friends and family members to reach out H&S.

Great service and always gets you the best deal

Customer support Wahab was very helpful in finding itinerary for my travel and supportive till the eticket was delivered, but when I tried to cancel my ticket due to some reasons within 24 hrs of ticket booking, they said I will be charged with some amount, where usually airlines will do free cancellation within 24 hrs of ticket booking, rest everything went fine, they even did the price matching.

I have been using H&S services from more than 12 years and you can easily guess why so long - they are the best - they listen understand and care .they take responsibility and treat me and my friends whom I referred With trust and all I hear is excellent service.
They just dobt cobsider me as customer but as a family memeber and do their best to make me happy .Glad I kniw them and prompt response and patience and helping in all ways to save time and money is certainly commendable

I really liked there service, very pleasant while talking/explaining details of the flight and answered every question of mine.

Positive Exp- I was so scared of booking through agencies like H&S as they are not famous but still I decided to go with them after researching about them online. They booked everything pretty well and gave me best price as compared to other agencies I was talking to.
Negative Exp- One good thing I did that I did talk to multiple agents within H&S. As mentioned in my itinerary and after multiple conversations, flight price was $1345 but while booking the agent told me if I will book through credit card it will cost $50 more which I felt skeptical and didn't book. I called again later and booked through other agent within H&S, he booked my ticket with the same written price on Itinerary, with no additional cost. After confirming booking tickets, they were keep on asking to give feedback which I understand but I told them politely that I can give feedback only after my complete travel experience. So, take ur time, research properly, now I believe them but do your own research and decide accordingly.
Suggestion- its best to book through travel agencies through credit card because if they do fraud you can claim it immediately. Credit card company will block them immediately.

I booked my tickets to India through H&S. Margarett Spent a great amount of time searching through all possible combinations and making sure that i get best out of all. I appreciate the professionalism and dedication towards quality work & customer satisfaction.
