This the second phone case I've bought from 32nd shop. Both are excellent. High quality, good real leather, perfect fit. Protective without being bulky.
The card slots take a couple of cards and are grippy enough to stop them falling out. Fair price for the quality and prompt delivery. I thoroughly recommend them.

They helped me ordered wrong one and in one email they sorted it out for me brilliant worth dealing with

I was able to talk to a real person about a query!!

32ndshop was not responsible for the delay in receiving my item. An item posted some 6 miles from home took 10 days for delivery. Now knowing the delays with Royal Mail I would give this company 5stars for the product, 0stars for the delivery service.

Up dated our mobile phones and was looking for a pair of good quality cases, we usually get the leather look alike which don't last but easy to pick up off the high street,don't like using web sites and unknown supplier's but took a chance.
All went well really easy to order price was good and we got a discount as we had signed up to their website so even better,they both arrived promptly and both case's are perfect superior quality great fit for the phone and feel great, we will deffo use again but looking at the quality it might be a while, order with confidence 👍

I ordered the wrong item. They answered an email late on a Friday evening with a return label & form. I sent it back Mon and received the new item Sat - at no extra cost for P&P. The quality of the phone case is excellent, too. Absolutely brilliant customer service - all too rare these days. Bravo.

Totally Brilliant....ordered a difficult to find Phone Case as had tried Amazon, EBay etc., but 32nd shop had the correct item for an older model phone. Not huge choice but picked a pale colour as I kept loosing the black phone all over the place and the new cover A) turned up the next day, B) was much prettier than it looked on the site, C) was well made and finally was a much better price than the other companies I had looked at. SO, well done 32nd shop I think you are great!!!

Waited 2 weeks and sent totally wrong case.

Ordered two Chalk & Hide covers for our new Motorola G50s, one burgundy and one black. Both ordered late Sunday and with us first class by Tuesday lunchtime. Excellent quality cases, feel and look very nice. Phones fit well too.

It's not often you get something good off the internet and that's right first time. We will use again and would recommend.

Ordered a case for my Samsung phone, Amazon were price plus p&p approx £12 in total, 32nd delivered a couple of days after ordering for half the price, great case great quality Highly recommended

I would not recommend. My case began to fall apart after less than a year. 32nd Shop refused to do anything about it.
Terrible customer service. Spend your money else where, I intend to.....

My experience with 32nd has been first rate. The product i purchased wasn't functioning as it should. I reached out to them, and Charley sorted it out super quick. I would have no hesitation ordering again.

Fantastic service. I ordered the wrong mobile phone case by mistake. I contacted 32nd shop They immediately emailed me a freepost returns label. Very impressive service.

Product listed as Moto G9 Plus screen protector despite being a generic one (did fit the overall dimensions though).

Of the two screen protectors, the first kept bubbling (despite applying it as advised). Gave up and tried the second, but it was already cracked in the packaging.
