Ordered phone case which was advertised as real leather. It is not real leather, it’s plastic synthetic leather.

Fast efficient service, and a reasonable price too. Quick to cancel an order, I made in error initially, with no problems.

Fast delivery from 32nd shop, I purchased a 32nd ClassicV2 book wallet case in Aubergine for my Samsung A51phone, this is a nice looking case with the phone sitting snugly inside & all the openings in the correct places.
Only one thing that niggles me is that this case is advertised as real leather but does not have a real leather logo embossed onto the case.

I love my Motorola phone case. Very good quality. Service was fast and great service all round. I would highly recommend this place. Should I need a new phone case I would definitely come back to this place.

Had never ever heard of 32nd and bought a Nokia 5.3 phone case online from them. The process was very easy to do, website easy to Navigate (unlike Amazon!) and order simple. Delivery was fast and the product is great! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Well, the iPhone case I ordered arrived very quickly. However, it wasn't the one I ordered, so I got in touch with them and they responded very quickly with a return label to print out for return and refund.
However, the 'customer service' member of staff couldn't manage without sarcasm, saying that they were sorry that I felt it wasn't the same as on the website.
Although now have my refund, I'm sorry to say that i feel that I won't be using them again.

Apple iPhone 7 premium leather book wallet in tan. Also a Iphone SE case. Both were exactly as described and great products.They arrived really speedily and I’ve had some really helpful customer service over an issue (I pressed the wrong button when ordering !) which was sorted out quickly and politely - full marks to this company- I would definitely recommend them. Just one suggestion in that if indeed all the iPhone 7 cases in fact do also fit the iPhone 8 phones, it would be helpful if that could be made clear on your website? Thanks again.rs

I ordered a wallet style phone case in purple for my iPhone 8. It only cost £7,99 and it is of very good quality.
Not only that the P & P was free and the case arrived in less than 24 hours. Perfect service. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent value for money and very good service and delivery

Lovely phone cover for just £10 inclusive of p+p. I'd previously purchased one from another company for £18 and it fell apart after less than two months (got a refund after complaining)! Read lots of good reviews about 32ndshop so purchased replacement with them.

Ordering very easy to do, Placed an order for a mobile phone case and arrived the next day excellent case and very fast service would definitely recommend very pleased !
