Just finished a 2 day online SMSTS refresher with Dave Hall. The course was very informative and kept me engaged throughout.

I’ve just completed the 3 day 1st aid training in Liverpool with Lee Warren.
Had a great 3 days. The course was very informative and as soon as I arrived on day 1 Lee put us at ease and made us feel comfortable m, which set the tone for the whole course.
I left feeling confident I was more equipped to deal with a real life situation.
Lee was great company for the 3 days, using plenty of lived examples to refer to when trying to get info across, which made it easier to take on board I think.
Next time I need to renew, I will be asking for Lee.
Thanks

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent 3-Day First Aid at Work Course with Lee Warren
I've just completed the 3-day First Aid at Work course run by Lee Warren in Speke, and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Lee made what could have been a very intense few days genuinely enjoyable and easy to follow. His teaching style is clear, engaging, and full of real-life examples that really help the information stick.
He encouraged everyone to get involved and made sure we all felt confident with both the theory and the practical side of first aid. Lee’s enthusiasm and professionalism really stood out — it’s obvious he cares about making sure everyone leaves the course feeling capable and prepared.
Thanks again, Lee, for such a well-delivered and informative course. I’ve come away feeling much more confident in my ability to help in an emergency!

Undertook my 2 day SMSTS refresher online with 3B, Dave Hall the tutor was very good, delivered the content at a good pace, with enough interaction to keep the group focused and engaged.

Never done this course before but very good knowledge doing the course I enjoyed it very much

Trainer was happy and relaxed, the material was quite intense so the good atmosphere was important to keep people focused and learning.
There's quite a bit to remember but the trainers policy of throwing out spot checks on what you remember throughout the course paid dividends.
Really enjoyed it

First Aid renewal went ahead as planned but be aware the certificates take 6-8 weeks to come through. Simply too long.

The questions are ambiguous and needn't be its clearly set out to confuse the sitter and after failing the exam you are still left unclear which questions you got wrong for when you re-sit because you dont get the paper back. The course subject covers and delivery is very good but too much for one day. The exam wording and phrasing are mostly subjective .It is spoils what should be valued training into a very unenjoyable experience

Dave was brilliant at keeping us all involved from day one of the 5 days course.
With so much content i thought it would be a nightmare but it was really enjoyable.
Going into break out rooms with different people was really good too as you could get to know other people through out the sessions.
Really enjoyed it and was relieved that I passed and got over the line.
Thanks Dave and good luck to all the learners who done the course.

I recently completed my SMSTS course with Dave Hall as the tutor and found it to be an enjoyable and very informative experience. The course was delivered in an engaging way, with a good balance of professionalism and humour, which made the sessions easy to follow and kept everyone involved throughout. Dave’s approach brought the subject matter to life, breaking down complex areas into clear, practical examples.
Overall, I left the course with a stronger understanding of health, safety, and management responsibilities, and would highly recommend both the course and Dave’s delivery style.

The fact that Dave Hall the Tutor didn't just drone on like some tutors do. you learnt everything required and the course was enjoyable. I was doubtful I would enjoy online learning but to be honest I did and having little projects to do in teams etc was also good.

Dave Hall is an accomplished tutor.
His patience and friendly but authoritative approach, allows concise learning and student satisfaction.
I'd happily attend another course if Dave was the tutor.
Good syllabus and course content.
Keep up the good work.

This is my second NVQ that have completed with 3B training and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The BUD online platform is easy to navigate and upload documentation. My trainer, Jon was excellent, he is very personable and made the NVQ feel much less daunting after talking to him. He is also really helpful, especially if you are struggling with any of the activities. I would have no hesitation in using 3B again or recommending them to others.
