I've waited nearly a month for a 200 withdrawal. I've deposit probably 200 now since then and Im really starting to think I've been scammed . It's now saying unknown gateway on the main website for me . Stay away .

Interested in joining a group if there's any to shut this site down.

Still promised by the "admin" it's gonna get deposited in my bank . My. Bank is aware now to block any transactions going out to them . I strongly suggest everyone avoids this site as the gambling commission do not give a s##t .

Actually just reviewed my withdrawal after 5 weeks . Awkward

Made a withdrawal request on 11th august for £1000, still waiting but will keep updated if it arrives or not, my status is ‘awaiting’ has anyone been waiting longer than me and there status is ‘pending’ etc?

Worst company ever. Continuous lies and scripted messages. I’ve been waiting since February for my withdrawal. It has been returned once for unknown reasons. I’ve also deposited £50 and they state they haven’t received it yet it’s gone from my bank account. Absolute joke, honestly worst experience and customer service. They set ridiculous wagering requirements and even when you complete them, you still don’t get your money. 7-21 days? More like 21 weeks of ignorance.

Been waiting since the 24th may. They have never contacted me explaining why its taking longer than the 7-21 days quoted. I have to speak on the live chat because they don't respond to my emails. They took a deposit out of my bank account twice which was not authorised.
The second payment did not hit my casino account.

I withdraw $600 over a year ago now and ova the past year they've put it back into my account twice telling me the same thing over and over again now they've email me saying that they can't pay me out because the money's been in my account for over 90 days and it's a risk to them to pay me out as it could be fraud they need to bestopped the amount of money I've deposited into this site is ridiculous an than to be getting treated like crap like there customers don't matter to them is seriously down right wrong an disappointing

Made a withdrawal request on 27th June, provided all documents on the same day and confirmed with them via live chat that I hadn’t breached any of their ridiculous terms and conditions, advised I needed to wait 7-21 days, requested updates intermittently and was told to be patient, requested an update today and been advised that they have sent a reminder to the finance department and again to be patient. Unable to speak with that department directly, unable to give me a timeframe or escalate the matter. Wish I had of seen the reviews before I deposited money on this site, quite evident they have no intention of paying out.

Found this site via a promoter on TikTok who plays whilst on live and clearly earns commission by getting mugs like us to go over and deposit, I will be emailing them and also commenting on every TikTok I see to warn others.

I have asked to speak to a manager, for it to be escalated and i am getting nowhere, on live chat the just end it when they feel like it. Not that it matters as I just start a new one and will continue to bombard them.

STILL FIGHTING WITH THIS SCAM SITE FOR MY WINNINGS, IVE ASKED FOR THEIR PRIVACY POLICY TO ESTABLISH HOW THEY HAVE PROCESSED MY SENSITIVE DATA AND DOCUMENTS, THEY DONT HAVE ONE!! SHOCK. I HAVE JUST HAD YET ANOTHER POINTLESS ONLINE CHAT SESSION, I WILL CONTINUE TO CHASE THIS!!

Words cannot describe how angry I am, we must be able to do something about this? Someone we can contact? I’m at a loss!

I still await for my winning withdraw since 26 of may! It looks like endless, I use a lot of casino operators but this one looks dodgy!! Avoid it! Don’t get scammed!

I have waited 8 weeks for £450 it’s an absolute disgrace
I have asked what gambling commission they are under as I want to report them being fraudulent, they don’t answer I have spoke on live chat and email and keep getting told there is a delay due to high volumes of request it’s a scam
I also got told it would be put as priority 3 weeks ago please don’t use your money on this bogus site

This is a genuine review.

I have not had one issue with this gambling site. I am based in the UK and have had several winnings from £100 to £2400. And all has been paid into my account within 10 days. Lately its reached my bank account in about 24 hours strangely enough.

Like I say this is a genuine review so please dont think I'm talking rubbish

It's a fake site, I opened an account , fortunately I didn't deposit anything , as I wanted a bonus coupon removed before depositing , they closed the chat , this is dodgy as hell
