Don't even be tempted to deposit here. I don't know how you can even break T&C using no bonus money.

The site uses illegal fake pop up sites made to look like legitimate sites selling crap merchandise based in China to take credit/mastercard deposits. Gambling in China is illegal and what they are doing is called transaction laundering, disguising payments to look like you are purchasing an actual product. The sites vary and constantly change so as not to be detected. They tell you its for your benefit because of the stigma of gambling! It's actually because credit card deposits are banned from legitimate gaming sites. 4 Crowns are as dodgy as fkuc. Karma though is a b***h and I have all the time and patience needed to make sure they get theirs.

This casino should be removed and there licenses taken away so they can never trade again . 2 months waiting for a payment of 1469 keep getting fobbed off on chat

Well like everyone else here I have been fobbed off I won £200 on the 12th of April and still waiting 😂 I have also gone to watchdog...somethink needs to be done about the people behind this

My advice to anyone and everyone stay well clear of this site, the way they treat their customers is disgusting and they don't pay you your winnings.I have reported them for fraud and funnily enough I now can't get on the site,not that they will stop me chasing them and bad mouthing them to everyone. £1488 I won on the 25th May and it has still not been transferred to me,some crap about checks that take 7-21 days,funny it's not the same when they take your deposit!!!

Do not whatever you do deposit any money on this site. Itsa total scam. Take your deposit instantly but I've been waiting 7 weeks now for my £200 pound and just get fobbed off with lame excuses on live chat. Even threatened them with legal action but they just close down the chat

You need to do what the person bellow says to get your withdrawal open as many chats as it lets you and bombard them with messages I did this and got my withdrawal within a few days keep on to them don't give up keep clearing your Internet history and it will let you open new chat they get fed up in end did with me and I got my money

I have been waiting since the 14/04/22 for my £205 to be paid out. Emailed the company 3 times and no reply and the live chat is a waist of time.

Withdrawal request submitted 1st April 2022, was told 7-21 days to receive payment, it is now 14th May 2022. Firstly, 21 days to make a withdrawal is unheard of with any legitimate gaming company. There is mention in the Robo-Chat constantly of checks that need to be made before paying out, but never any information of what checks need to be made! Being repeatedly ignored and when asking too many questions the chat mysteriously closes.
Customer service does not exist with this team of online crooks, they will simply take your money, with deposits being instant, unlike the withdrawal process, and that's it! Absolutely shocking behaviour from a company who should be shut down immediately.
The biggest lesson I have learned here is to check reviews on any and every site before playing at all. It really makes me sick to my stomach that I have deposited a large amount of playing money and lined the pockets of criminals. The deposits on bank statements always go to different places too, suggesting money laundering and other criminal activity may be funded from this operation.
I strongly urge anyone and everyone to steer well clear of it and look elsewhere if you enjoy an occasional online flutter like me. Trust me, this infuriating experience should not be repeated by anyone else.
I truly hope that whoever is behind this criminal enterprise is brought to justice one day! Karma always wins out in the end!!

They finally pay out. the best thing you can do is start as many chats as you can with the operators you don’t need to be logged in just put a name and email in the screen then put a new screen and clear cookies and start another one enzenz….. I started this morning to keep asking for my money and that I will not leave them alone or stop till I got my money… they went completely crazy off me after 1621 chats haha! I keep using vpn clear my history and start a new chat and I do this all day long. The casino needs to pay operators so do this long enough and it will cost the casino money! And the operators are going so nuts of me that I think they went to there supervisor that they have to solve it. Just got an email back from the casino that they pay now in btc if I directly stop chatting continuously with the operators!! And yes one hour later my 600 is there after 4 months and 8hours of chatting and making then go nuts haha…Good luck guys.

Stay away. I deposited 3 lots of £20. Then I blocked my self straight away. I had a bad feeling about this scam casino.

Then about 3 or 4 days later. I woken up to 4 lots of £150 and one £100 and a 62p taken out my bank account. I had a notification from my bank that I had a declined transaction during that morning. I then signed into my online banking or discover lots of money taken out my account. I'm only glad I never used one of my credit cards. Because they would have kept deposit pretending to be me.

I phoned my bank straight away to stop the pending transactions. I phoned the fraud department of my bank to help me.

This company looks like it's from Nigeria. When they take your money. They use different names. On my transaction which they took. They used a travel.com as a name on my bank statement. And they also used clothing.com on my statement. It looks like they are using different names to hide there identify.
