Ordered a refurbished Pixel 8 Pro from 4gadgets website. It was competitively priced and delivery was prompt. The handset that arrived was in excellent condition. However, they sent me the wrong phone (a lower and cheaper model). I was advised to contact their returns email address to advise of the issue and heard nothing back (still haven't). I had to chase numerous times for an update and was eventually told the phone I originally ordered wasn't available anymore. The returns process was easy to do and the refund was relatively quick too. However, the lack of contact or resolution from 4gadgets has left me with a bad customer experience. The person who answered the phone was apologetic and helpful in getting me an answer about my missing phone but without them I'd probably still be waiting for a response from the Returns Team. The lack of proactivity to find a resolution when I've been overcharged for a phone and the amount of effort I had to put in to sort it was particularly frustrating. I doubt I'd order from 4gadgets again based on my experience of their customer support after purchase.

Phone came in good condion 3scracthes on frame no scratch whatsoever on screen and back glass however it came in a black box not the one on the on the website minor complaint tbf

Easy to use website. Samsung s23 in cream and price for pristine was the best around. Used a discount code to get even better value. Delivered next day and kept updated with order progress. Excellent service. Phone is unmarked. Haven't used it yet so cannot comment on its operation.

Overall they are good, have had good dealigns with them in the past, but this time, not so good, phone was one day away from return closure, emailed them, but no immediate response, has a fault reading the sd card, so was going to return and buy an S23 or 24, but after they said return so 'we can look at it' which was not an option as I need a phone daily, they have ignored all further comms

Good value for money, the phone works great. However, the charging slot wasn't cleaned out, causing the phone to not charge properly. It was pretty grim to say the least. Cleaned it out myself however and now its fine. Would have expected that to be done really but can't fault anything else

Excellent, the company delivered as what was wrote on their website, phone in good condition. I would say pick, pay and it was delivered the next day. We did pay extra £10 for delivery, the reason being we ordered it on Friday and need the phone for Saturday.

I usually buy the previous years flagship phone and keep it for at least 4 years or until I break it. I bought a Note 20 Ultra 5G from 4Gadgets in 2021, which developed the green line in August 2025 (possibly a result of using on a motorcycle mount) and replaced with an S24 Ultra a couple of weeks ago. Both phones were pristine quality as described, and delivered quickly. Also, the price was more or less the same so no inflation- great! I'd have no problem buying another phone from 4 Gadgets and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Phone arrived late and was in bad condition - I purchased a fair condition device, however, the back of the phone was cracked and front of the display had lots of deep scratches. Phone worked good though and appeard to have no issues despite that.
