I couldn’t be happier with my experience with 77 Diamonds. From the very beginning, the customer service was exceptional. Although there were a few unexpected challenges during the process, the team handled everything professionally and kept me informed every step of the way.
A special thank you goes to Clare and Natacha, who were both incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. They always took the time to answer my questions, reassure me, and do everything they could to help. Their dedication and communication made a stressful situation much easier, and I truly appreciate all the effort they put into ensuring everything worked out.
Most importantly, the ring arrived on time, and it is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the quality is simply outstanding. It is even more beautiful in person than I imagined.
Thank you once again to the entire 77 Diamonds team. I would happily recommend you to anyone looking for a beautiful engagement ring and outstanding customer service.

Staff are very very helpful
Staff are very very helpful, in store and online. Quick responses to emails and always treated my now husband with kindness and respect when he visited the store. They even gave us discount on a third ring as my engagement and wedding ring was bought from them. Very pleased with the whole experience

I had a fantastic experience with 77 Diamonds. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Hollie was always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything stress-free.

Dreadful Experience and Customer Service
Dreadful experience after researching multiple places. Inaccurate online booking system that says ‘Book an Appointment’ yet it is actually a ‘Request for an Appointment’. Very limited follow-up contact with communication going between very entitled, condescending staff who were rude in their approach. Worth looking at alternatives for a smoother process from start to finish.
