I had a fantastic experience with 77 Diamonds. From start to finish, the service was excellent. Hollie was always quick to respond to any questions and kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything stress-free.
The engagement ring is absolutely stunning and exceeded my expectations. Most importantly, my now fiancée loves it! The quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail are outstanding.

Dreadful Experience and Customer Service
Dreadful experience after researching multiple places. Inaccurate online booking system that says ‘Book an Appointment’ yet it is actually a ‘Request for an Appointment’. Very limited follow-up contact with communication going between very entitled, condescending staff who were rude in their approach. Worth looking at alternatives for a smoother process from start to finish.

From what I thought was going to be a difficult process finding an engagement ring, Tarek made the whole thing really easy from start to finish, even with a slight change from myself in the order it was no hassle.
