From ordering to delivery exceptional service. When I've ordered my diamond the delivery date was set on 10th of June which would have been to late since this is my and my Wife 20th wedding anniversary I have rang main office and spoke with Natacha Haingomalala who assured me that she would anything to deliver it before. My diamond was delivered on Wednesday 20th of May making it enough time for the wedding anniversary.

Excellent service. The meeting was very useful, everything was explained clearly. I recommend this service for any fine jewellery.

I recently purchased a loose diamond from 77 Diamonds and was genuinely impressed with the whole experience. Natacha was extremely helpful throughout and, when I asked whether the stone could arrive any earlier, she went above and beyond to help make that happen.

The diamond arrived earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise, and the quality of the stone was exceptional. The website was easy to use, the documentation was simple to access, and the communication throughout was excellent.

What really stood out was the aftercare. Often, once a purchase has been made, that is the end of the process, but Natacha followed up to ask whether I was happy with the diamond. That level of customer service was very reassuring and genuinely appreciated.

I am very pleased with both the stone and the service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending 77 Diamonds. I will certainly be buying from them again.

The product was amazing!! Everything looks like in the page.
I need the ring to be delivered in a "special" location and Clare arange it to make it possible.
Clare was accompanying me during all the process being an unpayable help!

The selection and ordering process was clear and well laid out and the pricing was good. After ordering I was told delivery would take about 4 weeks which would be after the wedding and it was a gift for my best lady so that was not good news but first Natacha and then Clare provided outstanding customer service, ensuring the diamond earrings arrived 2 days before the wedding and kept me informed at various points to make sure I knew what was happening.

When they finally arrived, I didn't want to open them - the packaging was exquisite! I did finally pluck up the courage as Clare was keen to know if I was satisfied with them and OMG... was I satisfied with them! More importantly, my best lady was blown away! She literally removed the Tiffany earrings she had already put in and wore them throughout the wedding day, overnight and again the following day - she didn't want to take them off. Absolutely fabulous earrings and service - could not rate them more highly - and trust me, I'm very fussy - and so is she! Thank you 77Diamonds x

Chose this company after reading a recommendation on Reddit. Really happy with my purchase and the clear communication and customer service I received throughout. I think I placed my order for my wedding ring three weeks ahead of my wedding date and the estimated delivery date I was given was the day before (fine!). Replying to one of the updates I then requested a slightly earlier delivery date to ease my nerves which Natacha sorted for me really quickly and with no fuss. She then followed up to make sure I'd received my order and that I was happy with it. All in all really happy with my experience.

Ordered a platinum ring from 77 Diamonds, whilst the ring was lovely quality, it just didn't work alongside my other ring. I contacted 77, with some trepidation as I have never purchased from or returned to an online jeweller, I didn't need to worry, the communication and customer service was excellent and I was able to easily return the ring for a full refund. I had a really positive experience and I'm genuinely impressed by this company.

Amazing service. There’s always a bit of nerves and apprehension when ordering such an expensive, valuable, sentimental piece of jewellery. 77 Diamonds could not have been any better.

I placed my ordered then when i received my delivery date, it was later than I needed to make sure i had it in time for my holiday. I paid the express priority to make sure I got it on time and it came the day after it had been dispatched.

Special mention to Clare who had helped me throughout the whole process and took the stress away from me. I had my special moment which i will always remember, thanks to 77 Diamonds.

I wrote the sales team during the evening and I was quickly helped by Toni. It was a splendid service to have my bracelet sent one month earlier and it fel as he went the extra mile to help me without having to wait days for an answer. I literally got helped within one day.

In buying expensive jewellery, a man needs assistance and efficient service. 77 Diamonds gave me this; specifically Cecilia Rotar, their Online Sales Specialist. My Wife's gift is now sorted, thank God too, and because of assistance and efficiency from Cecilia, well done.

I had an excellent experience with 77 Diamonds from start to finish. The consultant Tarek Alawiye was incredibly helpful and professional, guiding me patiently through the process of choosing the perfect ring and answering all my questions with care and expertise.
I was also very well supported when arranging the ring resize- the process was smooth, clear, and handled with great attention to detail. Throughout the entire experience, I felt genuinely well looked after and confident in my decisions.
The level of customer service was outstanding, and it was clear that both the consultant and the company truly care about their clients. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience, and I would highly recommend 77 Diamonds to anyone looking for exceptional quality and support.

Toni managed to get me a diamond that was even better than the diamond i was seeking at a good price. So I am very grateful for this.
Unfortunately I couldn't get the platinum ring i desired at the the price I was seeking from the company. Therefore, another reputable jeweller offered to do the work i wanted and expected to pay for roughly £400 cheaper. It is all about individual jewellers having/ demanding bigger mark ups than others. To be fair 2 orher jewellers wanted £1000 mark up and £2000 on what i have found.
Therefore, the £400 extra is a lot better than the other 2.

Having used 77 for the purchase of our engagement ring, I had no hesitation in purchasing our wedding ring from them too. Natacha was a great help and provided all the information needed to make a successful purchase and keep us updated throughout the process. The platinum ring is as beautiful as envisaged. Wouldn’t hesitate to use 77 in the future!

My girlfriend and I visited the other week, and we had our ring consultation with Josh. He was extremely helpful, talking us through different diamonds & bands, and through him we learned what we should be looking for and what we should avoid, for example: bowties in the diamond. He was so great that I've chosen him and 77 Diamonds to put together the ring. Thank you Josh!
