I have received a fantastic service and especially from Holly whose advice on the ring to get was gratefully received. I unfortunately had to return my first choice of ring as it did not fit my awkward fingers properly and Holly was very accommodating and helped me with the returns process and kept me informed every step of the way from the return to receiving a replacement. If you need advice I would be sure to ask for Holly

Easy to purchase, great prices and excellent communication (from Clare) throughout the purchase process. Arrived much quicker than initially stated, and packaged really nicely.

The product quality and customer services are great. The pricing is also competitive. I was going to give a 5 star, but the website has put me off a bit (need to improve the web flow and filtering, poor usability).

I ordered a diamond ring and was given a delivery date for a month later. However, I’m delighted to say that when I requested delivery on time for Valentine’s Day, two weeks earlier, Natacha from 77 Diamonds did everything she could to bring it forward. My concerns about the delivery being with Royal Mail were baseless. It came safely the next day. Very good service.

Great service from Fannie and the diamonds were delivered very quickly in time for my wife's birthday. I can highly recommend 77 Diamonds.

Service was personal and professional. They were able to show me first through email and telephone conversations and then in person (Hannover Square) the items that I was considering. They understood my requirements and price point and appropriately guided me. Needless to say my wife was extremely happy. I will definitely use 77 diamonds again for other jewellery in the future

After a bumpy ride with not hearing back from the sales support for a few days, I was contacted by Scott Wagstaff - who made the entire process extremely reassuring. Not only did Scott apologise for the lack of original response, he worked to ensure I received my ring 4 weeks sooner than the anticipated date! Scott kept me updated throughout the entire process, and my experience with 77 diamonds was a much more positive one as soon I was introduced to them. I loved the fact that I could track the progress on the website of my order. It gave projected dates for delivery and it arrived earlier than expected which was an added bonus. However during the process I had different questions and not being able to pop into their branch I contacted Tarek Alawiye on WhatsApp who helped me with all my queries. This was the first time I used 77 Diamonds and it was a great overall service from ordering to delivery. The quality of the ring that I bought is second to none. I just hope now she says Yes!

First of all i would like to send my compliments to Alexis because he explained all the details i couldn.t find on the internet and he was absolutely incredible on customer service , it looked like we knew each other for long time , he was friendly , clear in explanations and warm . I didn.t feel like he force me to buy something and i had to study many days the products i need and he had alot of patience with me and also we worked out the most suitable way to get into the posession of the products .
