This is a scam site! Do not ever go on this site and make any purchase! I bought something 3 months ago from this site during their promotion period to have so call free shipping. Apparently it is NOT free. Instead they ask you to pay first and reimburse you with their store credit. Ok fine I paid for the shipping. 2 months passed nothing was shipped. During this time I tried contacting them on the shipping status however the shipments was claimed to be shipped to Canada and back to china for no reason provided and no notice. I was asked to paid $500 rmb for shipping it again and there's no return. I was very mad by their awful way of treating me as a customer and I am being scammed. Now I can't get my money back and I haven't never seen my shippment. Over all I have the most disappointed shopping experience in my life at 86mall. So DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM 86mall. This is a total scam. And this site do not deserve 1 star at all.

Like everyone else is complained about, the pricy shipping cost beats any saving you think you are getting from the product itself. The company also adds service fee and some other junk fee as well. You will not get any money back. Even they agree to refund some of your money, the refund goes to your account and can only be used for future purchases. I ordered somethings on the site. After I seeing the shipping cost, the product become more expensive than the same item sold in Walmart in U.S.. What a scam! I simply abandoned the product after it arrived at its stock facilities and take a total lost instead of paying again for the shipping, which only leads to more loses.

I payed the money but never received my package. Their customer server is so bad that it won't help me with anything. And their website sucks. Never buy anything from 86mall. I hope they get out business soon

Tricky #1 -- Free shipping
My nightmare started after I ordered some times from the site "86Mall". I waited ten days and didn't see items shipped. They said I need to go the website to accepted the items again and pay over $70 US dollar shipping. What?

"Free Shipping" was on the title.

When I want to cancel the order. They said it is too late. For the ten days? I have been nice to think since they were having their National Holidays, I gave them extra time to ship my items. And the items are in its warehouse. Not even shipped... too late to cancel?

I never received any email notice about the process. Now it is too late to cancel the order? That's ridiculous.

Trick #2, add'l charges

they said we will pay for the shipping, but you need to pay the protection/insurance. Everything should be clear up front when the buyer checks out the items... not added on late. They want to make you feel you got a good deal, then ask you to add money for add'l..

Trick #3: refund?
When Paypal frozen the account, they asked me to close the dispute, then they will refund the money, I talked to Paypal, they said if you do that, Paypal will not be able to help again. What a tricky seller! It is an awful experience. Never buy from this seller. Such a dishonest and tricky seller.

I usually don't write bad review. But this seller is so bad. I want everyone to know about this cheating seller. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER "86Mall". They are the middle men.

They are liars! They lied about the free shipping within 48 hours! They did not put what I ordered into their logistics within 48 hours, how could I pay then within 48 hours? They sent me an email telling me that I could no longer enjoy the free shipping since it exceeds 48 hours. I replied questioning about only 2 of the 6 books I purchased reached their so-called stock, how could I pay? Besides, I had paid for the 6 books I ordered! They played tricks with the words! I spent 35 US dollars for the books, but now I have to pay 248 RMB for shipping, and they only have PayPal as the payment. What a f**ing idiot company they are to do business like this! I decided not to pay. Just wasted 35 dollars. I will go back to China and buy the books I need then.

I have no idea why online shopping website could be running for years such as 86 mall, it was a joke when I trusted the free shipping, it was totally nonsense for you to buy something and pay triple the shipping fees of the product, then they said the part of shipping cost will be return to your 86 mall account but not you bank account.

If you want get the full refund you must inform them that you already reported them to 315 customer services.

A company with deceptive advertisement and lack of honesty.

I saw quite a few advertisements online in relation to this website which claim to help you to purchase goods from Taobao, Tmall with cheaper price and free shipping for the goods you place an order within 2 days of your account opening. I paid about $460 AUD for a total of 5 goods. Later on when I confirm with them via email, they say that they are only providing free delivery for up to 10kg of goods, and I have to pay for the full delivery first, and they will refund the rest of the charges to my 86mall account as a store credit, the credits are not redeemable for cash.

Not all of the goods were delivered to their warehouse, out of the 5 items I paid for, 3 of them arrived, and 1 of them has to be reordered and I have no idea why they cancelled 1 of the orders without letting me know ( As I mentioned to them, if I am not getting free delivery as advertised, I want to cancelled all of my orders, and they ended up cancelling 1 instead of 5)

They have also mentioned to me, if you want to get a refund ( even as store credit), you have to pay for service surcharge which is up to a percentage of the total amount you pay, minimum 5 RMB and maximum 50 rmb.

Now the funds I paid for are stucked, and luckily the payment went through paypal, they are happy to chase it back for me and I am protected under paypal's buyer protection policy. Luckily I learnt my lesson, in the future, do not shop on websites with unpleasant ratings and clarify deliveries and surcharges before you place an order online, and most importantly, pay with your PAYPAL account, they will protect you with your rights !

Do not purchased anything from this website ! I purchased a 25 dollars item than I received a bill for 155 shipping charge later. When I cancelled the order they refunded the money to the account for the next purchase not your credit card. Who will buy again from a company like this? They just wanted to keep your money.
NEVER BUY FROM 86mall.com

Okay, I spent 160 dollars to purchase a hotpot and some special seasoning (powders). Then, I was informed I need to pay 100 dollars for shipping. I was stupid enough to pay this "fee". Guess what, they cannot deliver it and won't give items back to you either, for shipping in China, they charge extra shipping payment despite I just paid 100 dollars for the shipment they could not process. This company is just a scam. I hope the owner could fall asleep during the night. BTW, FK U.

I would give no star if I could. If you are reading this and have already place an order with 86mall, and then found that you are being asked to pay more money for shipping, please just call PayPal as soon as possible, they will help you recover your money. You don't need to deal with the dishonest people from 86mall anymore unless you want to.

86mall.com is total cheating online shopping website. they lure you to pay the items and once you paid they charged you 3-5 time shipping fee to delivery items to you. What they promised free shipping is total SCAM - you won't get it. It is ridiculous business model and worst online shopping experience I ever had !!!! Stay away from this ripping - off company.

totally a liar. never purchase from them!! first, charged me shipping fee while they said it was free. Then, after i solved out the shipping fee issue with them after several argues, they sent me wrong and broken items. worst online shopping experience ever

Do not buy from 86mall. Free international shipping is scam. Will charge you 3-10 times of the product cost to ship. If you paid for the products, but have not yet pay for the over charge shipping, contact paypal or credit card company to charge back.

What a scam! everything looks great until they ask you to pay for shipping. expect to pay 200usd+ for 0.5kg items.

86mall.com doesn't even deserve one star. TOTAL FRAUD! They bait you into placing orders first by saying shipping is free, then after you have completed the payment they tell you the products cannot be shipped until you pay the RIDICULOUSLY HIGH SHIPPING. I bought $35 worth of product and the shipping came out to be $125.44 for a 3.6kg package. At this point I either lose the $35 I already paid or have to pay for the shipping which is also a rip off. There is no refund/cancel order function on the website either. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!!

This website is a TOTAL FRAUD. Dont shop there!!!

Their prices of products are as high as the ones you would buy in the US at, and their shipping cost is RIDICULOUSLY high! Our order total was ~$170 and our shipping cost was going to be $700. Even if you see their free shipping ad, dont believe it. They were just going to give a small fraction of the outrageously high shipping cost to your account to spend on their website.

If you have already paid for the products, but not the shipping yet, call your credit card company or Paypal to dispute the traction because they are a fraud!!!

Product costs $172, shipping fee costs $480. They don't tell you till after you paid for the product. Scam! Buyer beware!👎

0 star if i could, totally a scammer. when paying my order i didnt pay any delivery fee and i thought it was because of the promotion, then i waited for three days for all the books to get togeer, then waited for another day to see if they would mail it, that s when i noticed i have to pay again to get my books shipped, and it would the double the price of my order, and the more i read about the website, the more angry i am, cuz i also notice that they wont really refund your money back, you would need to spend the amount on their website, which means it s not gonna end. and i heard that the books are of bad quality and even the prices were doubled.

contact your credit card company right away to see if you could get you money refunded.

contacted capital one and told them what happened, they helped me got back the money i paid!! really appreciate them! first try to talk to 86 mall/daigou, dont waste time when they refuse or suggest you to pay te rest, then contact your credit card company and dispute the payment! it really helps! go get your money back guys!
