"free shipping" was a Joke. You have to pay more than you expected.

I came to this site after I placed my first order. After I read all the comments left regarding 86mall.com, I immediately contacted 86mall, asking to cancel my order. Meanwhile, I reported the problem to Paypal. As always, Paypal is my hero - extremely responsive, reliable and trustworthy. Paypal helped me get a full refund. What an experience! I've learnt a good lesson the hard way. Unless you want to find trouble for yourself, stay away from 86mall.com and be happy and healthy! Thanks, Paypal! And many thanks, Trustpilot!!

On 08/19/2017, while reading a Chinese novel, an Ads selling products showing FREE SHIPPING to the US popped up which attracted my attention. I clicked on the Ads. and it directed to 86mall.com (上海惊浪计算机信息技术有限公司). It looked like Amazon.com selling a lot of stuff with a BIG Ads. showing

SO, I ordered a 28 inches luggage adding a 30 days oversea unconditional return insurance $3.14 for a total of $49.41 paid thru Paypal.

Several days later, I received a notice from them saying the luggage was in their warehouse ready for me to select shipping method. I replied them that I liked to use the free shipping they offered. They checked my order saying, YES, I qualified for the free shipping. However, I still had to go thru their shipping method selection.
When I entered their shipping method selections, there are many shippings from 3 days to 30 days, and I did not see any FREE SHIPPING selection anywhere. I chose the 30 days and it turned out that it costs over $112 to ship and it asked me to select payment method, Paypal, VISA or Mastercard. I was shocked.

When I e-mailed them how to select the FREE SHIPPING, they said I must join their GTE club at around US $50 a year first. Then pay for the shipping charge and GTE will refund the portion of my shipping cost below 10kg (22 pounds) to my 86mall account, ONLY toward my future purchase, NO MONEY REFUNDS. The luggage was 7.9kg. But they added shipping packages to make it over 10kg.

At this point, I e-mailed them to cancel the order, since the shipping cost was more than twice of the price of the product. They replied that it was TOO LATE TO CANCEL; THE CANCELLATION WINDOW of the Manufacture was closed.

I e-mailed them on 08/29/2017 (10 days from the day I ordered) again telling them that this was a CANCELLATION OF the ORDER, NOT A RETURN. They HAD NOT shipped the product yet. Even if it's a return, since I have purchased the UNCONDITIONAL RETURN, 86Mall must honor the insurance and refund my money.

My wife really regretted to buy from them, we are prepared to lose our purchase price and refused to pay extra for the shipping cost, ask for a refund and they ask you to pay further costs like local transport cost and management fee etc.....what a terrible experience.

Keep away from this company. This is a second hand dealer taking profits from shipments that are hidden when you make orders. When you find out the expensive product shipments, it's too late that you are already trapped. The company behind this website is 上海惊浪计算机信息技术有限公司.

I bought some products and the shipping fee is 3x expensive than the products worth and they do not let you know the shipping fee first!

86mall and 86daigou are the same company. Please do not get fooled. Please check the reviews for 86daigou before you proceed further.

The website said free international shipping but once you paid, they will withhold your items and asked you pay the additional shipping costs plus tons of other hidden costs. The final cost would be triple of your original costs. You also cannot cancel your order without paying cancellation fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. This company has no ethics or whatsoever and just want to take money from you.

those Chinese sellers on eBay just as bad, looks like most seller on eBay now a days are all swarm with dishonest Chinese seller, they use photos of the real thing, and ship the fake limitations. just watch out of those people!
Here is for 86mall, if you think by lying and cheating to get customer's money, because your price is cheap, think again, this kind of conduct maybe work in China, but it does not work anywhere else in the world.

Totally cheating company customer service is really bad. They said free shipping but after you placed your order then they try to charge you the shipping fee. If you keep wanting to cancel your order then they will charge you handling fee which is much more than 10%. I paid by palpal now I try to dispute my case hope I can get my money back just waste my time and try get my money without sending me my goods.

OMG! This website is totally cheating and misleading customer . The ad free shipping for new user is fack you. There are extra services charges which do not mention when you place the order.
There are several couriers to choose but all the shipping cost is overrate and very expensive. I found the shipping cost to any country is same expensive, this is not make sense. The website is required me to arrange 2nd payment for shipping cost , services charges, insurance & tax' insurance, it costed double price of my order. I wish i can give back my money. Very bad experience!!!

I was ordered and paid the foot spa bucket at promotional price from their website 86mall.com, then after delivered to their warehouse, they demanded me to pay another rbm 484.80 for the good, in order to ship out the goods, another item, same seller same item with taobao, but their price is charged double than in taobao, and giving you a free gift, so that will cost more to ship to o/s. this website very good at calculative and demand money from buyer, just like one off sale, they don't care you will return to buy.

terrible they put stuff on their US site that arent even legal to ship to the us. and they charge first then tell you that you are not entitle to promotion discount and make you to either pay more to get your stuff here or keep your money for a long time before even consider giving full refund

Scam, Avoid at all cost

This company used to name "86daigou", now they changed name to "86mall" in order to continually cheating customers. Their "free shipping" ad is misleading and you will find yourself having your overpaid shipping charges locked in your customer account on this website that you would never want to visit again. And they will do everything to refuse canceling the order or refunding the money. I have started disputes/claims on PayPal to get my money back.

I ordered two window curtains on 86mall couple of weeks ago. the first curtain, they send me an email requested that I should pay twice as much money in order to get the product, I cancelled this order immediately. they sent me an email saying that my money has been returned to my account in the 86mall.
The second curtain, they sent me an email saying that shop no product, you can cancel the order, so I cancelled the order. they sent me email saying that my money has been returned to my account in the 86mall.
I send email ask them to return my money to my cheque account, they never returned my money, and never reply my money request email.

They don't have contact phone numbers.

The website contact person is Mr. David Zhang. His replies are meaningless and rude. The site is based from Shanghai, China and it basically creates a portal for China shopping. All the price and shipping fees you initially see are just fraud. After you order the item, the fees will increase up to 4x the initial amount.

Stay away and do not place any order. Even if you do, none of the orders will arrive because all items are knockoffs so custom will send you a letter and dealing with custom and border patrol is not fun.

All in all, Do not bother registering an account on 86mall, everything you see is just a magical number that seems too good to be true.

I bought $100 products and paid with paypal, later on they charge me $200 more because of the overweight. Never trust this website, its just a scam and they made it totally like rob.

This is a very dishonest online shopping site, there is no customer service number that you can call, charge you both domestic and international shipping fee which is so high!! if your transaction is completed by paypal, call them immediately to let paypal freeze the money and escalate it to a claim case, by this way you could get your refund by paypal. This shopping website is only for cheating on your money, so fake!!!

Stay away from this shopping site as far as you can!!!
