I wanted to give this shopping site, 86mall.com a negative rating if I could. It charged me very high price $$$ for shipping to USA, even though it claimed my order was qualified for free shipping to USA. I have to pay shipping in China and USA twice. It is crazy! You must stay away from this shopping site.

Stay away from them. The price and shipping fees are way too high. They are good at cheating. Won't buy again from them.

I purchased from them and they asked me pay again for shipping luckly I paid them by PayPal. I open up a complain case on PayPal which will take 12 days for PayPal to communicate with 86Mall, after 12 days, I need to arise up my complain case to let PayPal to handle the case or PayPal will drop my case.

But 86mall emailed me and told me it will take 15 days to refund my money. I ignored their email and arise up the case on PayPal, finally I got my money full return back.

So to protect yourself, use credit card or paypal to pay. If they cheating on you, you can get your full money back.

It is cheating that they ask domestic shipping and international separately!!

The website is awful! I need to pay three times of the original price in 86mall.“ Free shipping for the first time user ”is absolutely a bait! They only return your shipping cost to the your 86mall account, but the money can't neither be transferred nor to be used somewhere else. Their purpose for that is to lock you in so you can only spend money on the website. Honestly, I won't buy anything from the website anymore, but the money left in my account is really a problem. I've reached to the customer service, but they ate only repeating the company's rule just like a auto response. It's really unbelievable and frustrating!

very bad, fake Advert, all price is 3 times more than normal, and does not inclued shipping price, all refund stays in the website account no refund atall.
骗人的，三倍价钱还不包邮国外，什么鬼，广告吸引人而已，退款还不让提现，钱只能在账户里

it's absolutely dishonest.... Never... Ever use this website to buy anything.

They trap you to buy items with good discount then you pay... after that they hold your items and asking for ridiculous packing/service fee ( even it says free international postage)....the packing/service fee they asked is way more than the items you bought for and definitely 3 times more expensive than normal internal postage. Also you have no where to leave review to warn other potential buyers about this website.... all the positive reviewers MUST be arranged by themselves.

I feel big regret for this experience.... don't try. they are just typical tricky dough website to get your $

It is a fraud website! It told you international shipping free and made you buy stuff and pay first and then hold your package, asking more money to ship to you. Even you send email to complain, but nobody would respond to you. Please stay away from this website. 86mall.com and 86daigou.com are the same place, do not be fooled.

The website said free international shipping but once you paid, they will withhold your items and asked you pay the additional shipping costs plus tons of other hidden costs. The final cost would be triple of your original costs. You also cannot cancel your order without paying cancellation fee, which is absolutely ridiculous. This company has no ethics or whatsoever and just want to take money from you.
