I have been waiting over 2 weeks now for a simple $100 withdrawal that is stuck in processing. I have contacted customer service but they respond with the same BS "I have forwarded your email to the relevant department" they never respond. After initially requesting the $100 payout i was told to confirm my bank statement and ID, which I did but they are yet to email me back about my documents being processed.
