Horrible, avoid. Delay your withdrawal for no valid reason for days. Customer service impossible to get hold of. Only have live chat available, made a point of seeing how it would take 6 hours waiting before agent came on. They worst if everything. Don't ruin you day by using these.

My partner won 47k on monday morning around 9.30am.
Withdrew instantly. Screenshot evidence of this and it showing pending... then the site went down for hours and reversed the 47,000 back. Next morning account is "temporarily disabled" managed to go through the cashflow sign in and balance 0!!!
Live chat is useless. No contact number to call... 4 days and the only email he had was the confirmation of 47,000 withdrawal

There is quite a lot of us it seems that won the wheel drop jackpot, regardless of a glitch or whatever has happened, they should pay out.

Won £47k on Monday managed to withdraw £200 from the first jackpot drop which was allowed (tbf it was won fare and square) but account was disabled for the £47k. I have now received an email asking for the £200 back with an 11% "good will gesture"! Are they joking me! It was their mistake...why should I pay for that? I will be taking this to the tabloids (i have friends) and I will be taking legal advice...this is so NOT our fault! And they're making us feel like we've done something wrong!!

I had a very bad experience with 888casino.
I won a jackpot of £47K and, after requesting a withdrawal, my account was suddenly suspended. I was told it’s due to a “technical issue” affecting multiple accounts, but no clear explanation or timeframe has been given.

You can not speak to anyone you’ll be waiting hours an if you do win you can not withdraw. They will ask to verify your account which doesn’t happen within the typical time frame of any other betting sites (48 hours) it will take weeks and they will want tax statement, bank statements, proof of address, ID.
