The first shot came out great

For the product, 5 stars. As for responsiveness, 4 stars. Because the response is long/delayed. Must improvise in service & payment system. Ease of payment will increasingly reach many people with various backgrounds.

I experienced quite a delay ordering spares but it seems this was the fault of the shipping company. 9barista replied swiftly and solved the matter satisfactory.

Simply the best! Best coffee, best service, best product, best marketing!

The best espresso portable macchine

Albeit over a month later, the below is now resolved, and the customer service representative eventually looking into this was actually very helpful. Much appreciated, and thus updated the review/rating to reflect this.

Bought a refurbished machine from them - delivery was speedy, machine was optically fine but, unfortunately, immediately leaked from the ‘safety ring’ on the pressure valve, even before making a first coffee. Reached out to their customer services and, over 4 days later, have still not had a response. Managed to replace the piece with a spare ring included, but not impressed that a broken one was supplied in the first place. Combined with the non-response from their customer service team this feels a bit disappointing and suboptimal for a premium product that even at a refurbished price comes in at £365.

The 9barista 'godshotbundle' came with all listed parts, everything in great condition and in time.

The espresso machine and all parts seem like high quality, the espresso (after a few iterations) it produces is great.

In addition I received a manual including a troubleshooting section which was very helpful. On top I got an Email with a link to a video tutorial on how to use the 9barista.

Only issue: my coffee consumption increased ;)

Great customer service, sorted out my problem free of charge.

Very well made product, packaged well and shipped quickly.

Customer service was very helpful when I had my own issues with my card and paying.

The product itself so far has been great brewing a quality cup of espresso. I'm still learning exactly how to perfect it, but the device is quite easy to understand.

It's the only stop top solution to real espresso.
It makes a great coffee in about five minutes. Minus one star because it is a one and done. If you want a second cup, you need to cool it down, take it apart, and do a new setup. Whether or not it is right for you depends on how many cups you want in one go!

Well-crafted and easy to use, it reflects the inventor's passion for coffee. I hope some videos on making the perfect coffee will be released.

Unfortunately I need new sealings after 3 years of usage. Spare Products are getting almost double the price of the website due to custom duties. The delivery was within a week UK-AUT.
All spare parts were on stock.

The 9Barista team is fantastic. They're knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful and quickly diagnose any issues you might have and go out of their way to resolve them. Not to mention, I love love love the product! Wish everything I own was as well made as my espresso maker.

Innovative company doing what nobody else is doing

When I use it for the first time after purchase, a lot of water leaked from security valve area, so that problem messed up my first 9Barista experience. Surely, 9Barista company sent me a defective or a returned item. However, they mentioned that I better replace the ring because it happens sometimes, and they are going to deduct refund amount for the damaged part when I return it as I asked them refund. It made me feel worser. I could replace the ring, but it was a blend new item. Also, I paid quite high amount, S744.73 USD, for a moka pot and 3 additional parts which is 9Barista to use it for a long time after experiencing some of chronic leaking problem and repeating rubber replacement works from Bialetti Pots. However, 9Barista made me totally discouraged from the first trial of mine with a great expectation. Buying a 9Barista is on the decision of purchasers but need to reconsider again and again.

Thanks for your fast response. The pot had not been over heated at all. When I pour water into the boiler a little less than the line which was indicated with letters. Then, water started leaking before I turn on my stove. Anyway, thank you for full refund. Always, machine is not perfect, but customer service need to be satifiable with the best effort.

The product arrived from the UK to Japan faster than I expected. When I purchased a 9Barista before, it took about two weeks, so I’m very satisfied.
