Tastes better then from any profesional machine in town...

Excellent experience from ordering to receiving my order.The machine is not as daunting as it seems.Once I found the right beans to use,then dialing in on my Etzinger hand grinder and getting the right heat level on my stove,it took me maybe 3 or 4 shots before I had my perfect shot.
So far the quality of my shots are every bit as good if not better than my old Quick Mill that I had to sell.Well done 9barista!

I bought the 9Barista for travelling and am delighted. At home I have a Pavoni and a Rancillio and the 9Barista makes at least as good coffee as its two colleagues. Be careful not to overheat the 9Barsita. I wasn't particularly careful and switched off the hob a few times when trying it out but left the 9Barista on the induction plate and had to change the safety valve. Now I run it briefly under cold water immediately after extracting the coffee.

Order turnaround was very efficient for my spare parts.

What an amazing little machine!! The build is remarkably sturdy and well done. The feel of the machine is spectacular. It looks beautiful and technical! But the coffee, it make true and genuinely good espresso. I have been using this daily for my late morning espresso shot and plan on taking it with my hiking and camping. I would super buy this again if I had to. I also own a flair pro and a countertop consumer espresso machine. I will be getting rid of my countertop one (it's discount brand) and keeping this one.

My only minor gripe is that there really isn't anything to tweak to make different shot except for grind. After noodling with the flair pro (which is essentially made of pitfalls and opportunity) the simplicity of the 9B is refreshing. I'm keeping both the flair and the 9Barista!

Fast shipping to the U.S. Dosing funnel is high quality and fits the filter basket tightly. I can also tamp through the dosing funnel.

An expensive coffee maker, but lives up to its name, after a few attempts to get the grind right makes the best espresso I have ever made at home.

Ordered a refurbished 9barista, international delivery was quick and painless. Brewer looked so pristine if you told me it was brand new I would never have doubted it.

Obviously a fair bit of learning curve especially for those who have never brewed manually, but I've been homebrewing on all sorts of devices now so it wasn't too hard to adapt my current espresso grind settings to match the 9barista. I was coming up from a 51mm portafilter, so I adjusted my grind just a touch finer than usual and dialed in subsequent shots from there. Got a great shot on my first brew, subsequent shots have been just as delicious!

This is definitely a one-person brewer, but since I'm the only one in my house with a specialty coffee addiction that works fine. Not great if you want to brew a few shots for friends. Also, you'll need a decent burr grinder to get the best results. So do factor that into your purchase consideration.

Very well designed and engineered product that performs exactly as stated. I was very impressed with the quality of the espresso produced.

I've owned a 9barista unit for a couple of years now and finally needed to replace the boiler seal. Fortunately these more consumable spare parts are quite inexpensive, the website is very easy to navigate to identify what you need, and shipping was very quick. Upon replacing the seal and doing a deep descale, my unit is performing as well as it did on the first day I bought it, and I have no doubt it'll last a lifetime.

Good communication. The product is well made and something you can really show off

The machine is super well built, feels very premium (a bit heavy though). It creates very creamy and tasty espresso. The workflow is a bit long for a single cup of coffee but it gets quicker over time and I'm okay with dedicating a bit of time to it.
So far I like it very much

I bought a refurbished machine which is unmarked and very beautiful in case anyone is hesitating to do so. It arrived swiftly. I've enjoyed a number of superb espresso's but as I am new to this there have been some that are less good .. I'm still experimenting but; from the off, all have been drinkable.

This is an engineering marvel! I am delighted with the coffee. It is better than I expected. Excellent delivery service!

Responsive customer service. The tiny jet engine arrived in the USA (from the UK) in two days. AWESOME device. Excellent espresso. The best part: the wife thinks I only spent $40 on another stove top "Bialetti" moka express :-D
