Great product on time could not do any more to get it perfect!

I ordered some personalised ribbon banners for an anniversary party. Website offered express delivery of 1-2 days (after 1-2 days for processing) if you paid an additional £9.99. The website also requests that if you need an order by a particular date that you say so in the comments. I specifically did this and asked that they contact me if they did not think they would be able to get the order out to me in time. I even telephoned them and to say the person I spoke to was dismissive and sounded as though he just wanted to rush me off the phone is an understatement. Well no surprise that the order did not arrive by the weekend and this morning I get an automated message telling me that they have refunded the order. No explanation, nothing, but by looking at the complaints about quality, perhaps this was for the best. Lesson to self, check Trustpilot before ordering online!!!

I did get a confirmation of my order which was great but then nothing else in the way of communication. Im not sure if my image for my logo was ok for the item I was wanting. No update regarding delivery (I know we have had bank holidays) but a little communication is good practice just to keep the customer aware of the order. Reading the replies to other customer reviews on here seems that in each case the company are quite defensive and dont take any responsibility for any of the valuable information that a poor review can bring. I hope my comments can give them some reflection and scope to polish up on their service offer.

I Placed an order on 24th of May and today is 8th of June and the item didn’t arrived yet. I told them that is a present for someone and I didn’t received it yet… They said that we had 2 bank holidays and they couldn’t send it but today are 10 working days without 2 bank holiday. Don’t order if you need it asap.
So I was waiting 2 WEEKS for a present and they REFUNDED me because I wrote on TRUST PILOT about the delay! REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! I would never use again this company!!

Absolutely amazing product! Comes in a beautiful gift box with a chocolate inside! Customer service is also excellent, I enquired as to whether my lighter would arrive by the end of the week and had a reply within hours. Would recommend.

Great service for an absolutely personalised gift. The website suggested a personalised option for my gift but it wasn't quite what I wanted, I got in touch with Nicole via Facebook explained what I was after and she was able to show me a mock design before going ahead with the order. The item arrived the following day looking exactly as she explained. Great bespoke service.
