Website was really clear to how ro order.

I ordered a custom NHS fleece from this company last week. It only took 5 days to get dispatched, which I think is great for a personalized item. Once it was dispatched, it arrived the very next day. The quality and stitching are spot on. Plus, it was the cheapest one I found. Overall, I'm really happy with it. Thanks! :)

Ordered an over priced but personalised school bag for my son. A lot more expensive than other places but I wanted his name on it so i went with this company.

Order placed 8th August, money taken and a delay with shipping. When I chased up my delivery they said oh sorry this item is no longer available, 4 weeks later.

I requested a refunded, went on Amazon and ordered the item for next day delivery for £10 cheaper.

They then came back and said .. we may now be able to get it for you. I said no I’ve bought elsewhere please refund (still in August). They emailed me back to say this would be processed and I thought no more.

I got an email yesterday almost 2 months later to say the item order had been cancelled and that they have refunded my money 2 months later. I emailed them to ask why it has taken so long and have been ignored.

I won’t use this company again.

I ordered a series of trophies and medals to celebrate the first end-of-season tour of an age-grade rugby team and the individual achievements of several players. Really easy to deal with, polo shirts ordered were great quality and customised embroidered logo's were excellent. very short time between order and delivery. No hesitation dealing with A1 again

I made a mistake missing an email and when I eventually replied a1 got straight on with my order and got my cap to me in time for our holiday, super service thanks so much

i recently purchased two personalised jute bags . I am so happy with them . I volunteer for bulldog rescue so wanted a bag to put my equipment in when i do home checks and temperament tests . The colours match perfectly with our branding and the CEO and other volunteers loved them too !! more shall be ordered!!

Bought a personalised fleece for my daughter, poor quality, sizing all wrong and Nicole just stopped emailing when i was trying to get the issue resolved.
Not a great experience.

Amazing quality and amazing customer service. I was ripped off by another company and these guys not only completed my order, after I explained what happened they did it within two days and it was delivered within another 2. Can’t recommend this company enough and I will be placing a lot more orders.

Absolutely top service- I had a last minute request from other coaches to add more trophies after ordering and A1 were superb getting them added to the batch and making sure I got everything in good time. The trophies look fantastic too. Great service- very happy to recommend and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!!

They were amazing, upgraded the post at their own cost to ensure I received this in time! I ordered a personalised embroidered baseball cap.
