An absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a personalised, engraved lighter as a very special gift for someone. When it arrived, I was very disappointed, I could hardly see the photo that had been engraved unless I put it under certain lighting but the worst part of it was a clear, big smudge right across it, blocking half of the photo.

When I complained, all I got back was that the photo i had used was the issue, however this didnt address the issue of the smudge. I was asked for pictures which i sent clearly showing the smudge, the very rude customer service assistant completely ignored this and again told me it was the photo and that was as clear as it could be, he denied being able to see a smudge. I sent the photo again.

The customer service here is diabolical and no member of staff will even try and assist you. Never using this company again. What a waste of money.

I was overwhelmed with my gift I ordered online and how fast I recieved it. I was really worrying as it was a gift for my boyfriend but it has turned out amazing and the company emailed me with templates and done exactly what I asked for and if couldnt do the one picture I sent they put together a template for me and sent it across to me. I have recommended them to my family and friends and will 100% be ordering from them again! AMAZING!!!

I bought 2 personalised wrist rests from A1 personalised gifts with our new company logo, preferring to support small businesses (such as this) instead of larger corporate chains. These were of a substandard quality, in an unexpected colour and with logo printing errors such as ghosting and lopsided angles! The customer service has been poor and it is simply not even worth the postage to return for refunds. I do not recommend this company and I have just been left feeling angry.

I ordered a letter opener for a gift for Christmas in plenty of time which I didn't receive. I emailed them and I didn't get a response. So i called them, they said they were looking into it and would call me back. The customer service skills were not very good and 2 days later I still haven't heard anything. Please do not order from this company.
