Taxi did not arrive. I booked 24 hrs ahead for bham airport.Text confirmation came. I rang 50 mins before due & automated msg said taxi on way.10 mins before auto msg said taxi 5 mins, at req pick up time msg said taxi 7 mins. I chose opt speak to driver. Driver ans, on way i only got msg 3 mins ago! I asked him pls hurry flight at airport. Then after 2 mins text said MISSED TAXI A2B arrived and couldn"t find you. I was standing in rsin in orange rain coat and no cars had passed. I called A2B and was told sorry another driver will be 20 minutes. I then in panic used uber app that i had been advised to use. Within 4 minutes UBER arrived and got me to airport. I will have to use uber for all home pickups in future. Other taxi co"s cannot be trusted nowadays. I will never use a2b again.

It would have been nil stars but I had to give one to write the review.
I booked a taxi via the app 2 days before going on holiday to take us to the airport at 4am. I received a confirmation email. No taxi arrived! When I called I spoke to a very rude man who honestly didn’t care less. He said they recommend we call if it’s to the airport to make sure it’s listed as priority and said it would be at least another half an hour but couldn’t specify a time. I asked how I’m supposed to know their recommendations when using the app if it’s not flagged and why had they accepted my booking if they couldn’t provide the service. He really was the rudest person and didn’t seem to understand the urgency of us getting to the airport for a flight. I had to call a friend to take us and we got there with only seconds to spare.

Very expensive normally I pay £9 for my house to children hospital but this radio car charge me £16 🥺that’s ridiculous

Used to be good now absolutely gone down hill since take over, any pre books hardly ever on time and always late, what’s the point of pre booking don’t make sense

Rang to get a quote day before and was told £28 or there abouts. During the journey the meter was going higher & higher so I called the office and they said I will have to pay the final price, which I argued with as surely that's the whole point of a quote?! The unhelpful rude man put the phone down on me. They took £45.65 out of my account. I am most certainly taking this further.

Awful company, always late even when you pre book

i ordered a car at 2.30 pm was told 30 min wait so i waited phoned back at 3.10 told it was canceled asked why told he could not find us but was not phone to tell us this cant it as we use them for years and only afew days before be looking for a new taxi firm

If I could rate this company as nil I would have done. I have used the company for many years and the standard of service gets worse with every booking. I booked an 8 seater to pick 7 people up from our daughters wedding over a week before the `event and got a text confirming the booking. Imagine our surprise when a 4 seater toyota prius turned up!! I explained this to the driver and he said maybe they were busy and they would send 2 cars. Why would I pay for 2 cars when I booked a minibus?
He said ring them and i did and they said they could send a 6 seater, so what use is that to 8 people??
They are an absolute bunch of incompetent W**kers who totally spoilt my daughters wedding day not to mention my wife has dementia and caused her great upset as she focuses on doing things at specific times!!
I hope you are truly ashamed and will never use you again.

They are a good taxi firm in this area there is just one thing I am disappointed with is that the fare price on app £8.40 but then I am charged £12.20 this has happened on more then one occasion. I have used A2B long before Uber but won’t be using them again for this reason

Giving a 1 star as you can't give lower...ordered a taxi message sent on its way...then one saying we're running late...after I waited 15 mins rang them for them to tell me its not coming at all....crap service....don't use.

If you want the drivers to break the speed limit, use their phone while driving, and smelling of BO, then this is the company to use!

Truly awful ordered a taxi at 12.15 to pick me up at 2pm.After 2 get text message saying they busy so be a bit late.phomed and got limp response taxi eventually turned up at 245 bit of a joke so if you need to get somewhere on time and need to order in advance avoid this company like the plague. Also took a very scenic route to final destination complete farce

I prebooked a taxi fir pick up at 16.00 and was told this was booked. 16.00 arrived and no taxi. Called to enquire how far away the taxi was and was told there was no driver, I explained I had prebooked but was again told there was no driver. I asked if anyone was going to inform me of this and they put the phone down on me. Around an hour later I received a call from a driver to inform me he was on his way, I explained I had been told there was no driver so had used another company and he was really apologetic and said the office had not communicated this to him and that he could have collected us at 4pm but had not been given the job andcwould have had availability at that time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a taxi the day before we needed to get to BHX for an early morning flight, when the taxi didn’t show I rang them and was told that they didn’t have my booking although she did use my name and the hotel we were staying. I was told I’d have to wait 20 mins, 40 mins later it still hadn’t arrived it was only that another taxi eventually turned up for someone and I begged him to take us to the airport, we arrived 4 minutes before check in closed. I REPEAT DONT EVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE.

They are very unprofessional, if you ever have a train to catch don’t bother booking a taxi with them, because i did that even gave them the time I had to be at the station. Yet my taxi didn’t arrive 5 mins until my departure time which meant I missed my train . When I called to complain they gave me excuse if we could have chase after the train

A very friendly driver and polite wish there was more drivers like him and got me home safe

Awful experience and ripped off. Airport run turned up with spare wheel in boot and no room for suitcases, advised to place loose suitcase on back seat! Second cab arrived, unbeknownst, this car was a people carrier for two adults and child and was a more costly ride, utterly ripped off. Did not need people carrier, just needed a cab with boot space for bags. Really really disappointed with service, will not be using this service again.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM - on a journey that most drivers charge just £7 for, there is one driver in a white passat VW that charges me between £7.80 and £8.50! Today was the extreme when i got in and it was at £4.30 when I got. When I questioned it he said it will be the same then proceeded to charge me £8.80! Oh and on a £7.60 fare he actually typed in £7.75 on card machine! Have contacted the office several times and they have basically said its tough! Do not use unless you want to be robbed!

Very bad service - taxi booked and confirmed well in advance but I rang up when the taxi was late and I was told as no payment had been made yet that my taxi was not turning up but I had not been sent any way to pay nor an amount for the journey. I was told to ring back but the taxi never arrived, not going to use this company again very unreliable service and I ended up very late to my event, do not recommend

Avoid for airport travel. I almost missed flight. Have booked a night in advance , confirming with follow up phone call. The company is no more same as it was few years ago.
