Do Not Use This Company or Service
if anyone is travelling with A2B transfers please cancel your booking and find another provider. I have booked twice with them this year and I went to Paris in Feb 2018 where A2B didn't bother turning up to pick us back up from our hotel and I had to spend 50E in a taxi. then yesterday I had a week in Tenerife with my family and the exact same thing happened again. You phone the contact number to find out where your transfer is and the staff on the phone lie to you, tell you that they will be there in 5 mins. I ended up calling 4 times yesterday morning whilst stranded with 4 children and the transfer still didn't come. in the end I paid for a taxi back to the airport. I wouldn't even rate this company 1 star, the staff lying on the phone would happily let you miss your flight home rather than tell you the truth that their company is rubbish. very very poor service, awful lying staff and unhelpful.
please do not sue this company people.

Transfer fail to turn up at arrival however their customer service worker Corne was very helpful and supported me through the process to arrange another transfer and to claim a refund. I was also sent a chocolate hamper as an apology.

Good on time professional service
Met on time at the airport and taken to our rental property in a nice clean vehicle. The driver was keen to ensure we knew where we where and wanted to make sure
we were being met when he dropped us off. The same level of service occured on the way back

I tried a2b first. Apparently you are Hoppa or Viajes Poseidon. That's confusing for a start!
It is not clear that, before you even book, you FIRST enter your FLIGHT arrival / departure time... and ONLY AFTER you have booked and paid is it possible to get details of pick-up times:-
a) To destination in Corralejo. Check-in at "hopspot" (another name!) and wait maximum 45 mins for escort to vehicle.
b) To Fuerteventura airport for return flight home. IF you tick box for text message, you get pick-up time 24 hours before departure day ... or contact website or phone.
These arrangements are fine but should be EXPLAINED BEFORE you book!
The printable E-tickets should be easily printable SEPARATELY. The Info with details of how to get the transfer FROM airport should be attached to the Airport-to-Destination ticket. The info for the DEPARTURE arrangements should be attached to the RETURN ticket.
I've had to cut your pages up and re-arrange them so the "info" is stapled to the the appropriate TICKET, which is then easily presentable!
It took me hours to navigate your site. It definitely needs improving.
