I booked a return transfer with AtoB transfers from Cancun airport to Playa Del Carmen as I am a lone female traveller and thought this was safe. I opted to have a driver holding up a sign with my name at the airport and someone who spoke English. I arrived on time at Cancun but no driver or sign was to be seen and I was plagued by other taxi drivers. After waiting for 20 minutes I found a kind taxi driver who phoned the company for me.
He tried for over 10 minutes with no luck until finally somebody answered. The driver was not in a blue Hyundai as I was told, but a large white van and was sitting out in the car park. He did not speak English. I had already missed my ferry from Playa Del Carmen to Cozumel but he drove like a maniac, constantly flashing other drivers to make them pull over. When I asked him to slow down he didn’t understand but kept turning to look at me while driving at speed.
While at my hotel I was sent a text telling me a driver would pick me up on the return journey and hoped it would be a different one. Again I was on time and waited half an hour but no one showed up. Again I asked a shop owner to phone the company and was told he was waiting in a different place for me and expected me to walk to him with two heavy suitcases. I refused and insisted he came to me. He finally showed up, it was the same driver so I showed him a message asking him to drive slowly. The van was old and rickety and shook at speed. Again he drove too fast. I advise anybody reading this not to book with this company but just to get a taxi when you arrive at the airport. The price I was quoted for a taxi was exactly the same as I had paid online and as you are paying at the time they will definitely turn up on your return.

Travelling alone with my 22 month old for the first time was made so much easier with the help from A2B Transfers. I used Get Your Guide via a Google search and chose these guys from a recommended list of companies.
The driver was chatty, lovely with my son and so helpful with advice. The car was spotless - couldn't fault my trip at all. A massive thank you from this mum!

In Birmingham if your journey is North of the city centre book a local taxi like Kingstanding or Great Barr but if your journey is from the centre or south of Birmingham city centre book A2B taxi. Best advice you could have no BS

I could not find my booking. There on-line chat was fantastic.

We used A2B for the first time in January/February 2019 for a return journey to Manchester Airport. The fare quoted at the outset was reasonable and the day before we were due to leave we received a phone call from A2B advising that we should leave home earlier than planned because of imminent bad weather (snow). We were picked up on time and the driver found our house in the countryside without difficulty (most other taxi firms have usually got lost!). As a result we arrived at the airport stress-free and in good time. Arrangements for pick-up on our return journey went as planned. We are planning to use A2B for our next airport trip.

Terrible after sales service.
In Tenerife and again the pickup time is the same as the flight time. Cannot get in touch with anyone to make alterations!!!!
Same thing happened last time no driver arrived had to pay for a taxi myself.
Used this company a lot of times Tenerife is NOT a place they work well. Had issues on arrival as well NO taxi waiting for us. Took over 30 minutes to get it sorted and a lot of hassle.

Just phoned and was told very uprupdly to just go and check with my hotel reception new voucher was handed in three days ago. Not only unhelpful and rude, but a lie, NOTHING THERE.

I never had a issue with A2b app they have been good to me how ever I'm disspointed with the app i would book my taxi for a specific time and I would get a call to say my taxi is outside like 20 mins early I'm checking the app it booked 2 cars this has been happing alot then I would do card payment it keeps saying error I then have to pay by cash which i dont always have so I have to make the driver take me cash point which I'm charged more... abit annoying

The driver for our transfer in Majorca drove like an absolute maniac, cutting corners on junctions with traffic travelling towards us, going onto a roundabout on the exit slip road because he was travelling too fast to make the turn. There were no seat belts and several times when he slammed in the brakes my little boy hit his head on the seat in front despite our best efforts to hold onto him. We were absolutely petrified and actually got off the bus half way and called a private taxi to get us to the airport safely which cost nearly €70. I was physically shaking and on the verge of tears by the time we got off the minibus. HoppaGO (previously known as A2B) refuse to refund taxi fare and Broadway Travel, who we booked through, have not been helpful and do not seem interested in the safety of their customers.

I'd like to leave a very negative review towards A2B taxi driver who dropped my mum from resorts world to hodge hill for 20£. We never payed such a big money for this distance, with tc cars I used to pay 20£ to give me a lift from resorts world to perry bar !!! A week ago I payed 13£ for the same trip, for the same distance, this time, the taxi driver didn't even turn on the meter, and when my mum asked why is it 7£ more comparing to the last time which was a couple days ago the taxi driver raised his voice saying he has chosen other way to drive!!! I work with customer service for the last 7 years and it's very rare I face such a disrespectful, rude, disguisting customer service myself. That was saturday night to sunday 00:46 am, Silver toyota, REF-456, GK59VUR. Thanks for horrible service, I work in resorts world as well and whenever people ask me to book a taxi I won't ever recommend a2b.

Great service. Just contacted their live chat to assist with confirming a different transfer time due to our flight being cancelled and they dealt with it swiftly.

Poor customer service was told we would be picked up at 7pm. Never arrived so phoned and was told was told 8pm. My flight was leaving at 9.45 pm it takes 40 mins to get to the airport. When I complained they just made me out to be a liar.Very poor unacceptable experience.

Rating again as I still have not received my money back for paying for a private taxi from resort to airport when they didn’t turn up!!!! We flew back on the 13th June!!! Terrible, we have emailed and spoke on phone and still no money!!! Wouldn’t mind but it was there fault and it’s over £80!!

My documents stated that I was to be picked up Wed 1st @ 10:30 am, the bus arrived at 7:00am and stated that they would not be able to transfer us as they had no cars available for 10:30.
I had to organise a taxi to get to the airport cost 35 so I paid you for a service that you did not fulfil
