Terrible customer service.
Terrible - booked transfer through holiday extras, we just arrived home today from a weeks holiday in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. On the return transfer the driver (who will not allow you to load on your own cases) ‘forgot’ to pick up one of our suitcases leaving it on the roadside. When we arrived at the airport after nearly an hours transfer leaving at 4am this morning we realised what had happened. The bus driver just said ‘not my problem’ and rushed off leaving us (a family of 4 with small children) stood outside the airport minus a large suitcase. Luckily we managed to find a taxi driver willing to rush from the airport, back to our hotel to collect the suitcase and then bring it back to us just in time to catch our flight- but it did cost us. Never again.

Driver forgot about a passenger so left mogan via our destination Taurito returned to Puerto Rico and then back to Taurito with us and tried to add insult to injury by blaming the coast road to mogan being closed!! Still not heard a reply to my complaint logged on 19th May

Amazing Mandie
I have used Hoppa a few times and always been happy with the service. I have an upcoming holiday in July and couldn't find my voucher, but Mandie came to my rescue, she was very patient and after 30 minutes back and forth she found my booking. Well done Mandie, i can breathe again :). Keep up the good work, roll on July.
