Operator was very good but had problem getting my E ticket

Our flight was late one hour and when we arrived our shuttle representative was not there. We called and he said someone would come pick us up in 5 minutes. We waited about 30 min and a guy in fact came but not in a car or bus. He made us follow him to a bus lot which was a far walk with all our luggage. It was also confusing because he didn’t speak English so we weren’t sure where we were even walking. Once we got to the shuttle, the service was okay. There was no AC but the driver was nice. Given all the hassle, I would say the experience was mediocre at best

I have been using A2B for the last 5 years. I have never been let down, they always been on time for pick up. Great service.

Relatively easy to navigate system but couldn’t find my specific hotel although I’d been advised by the help team it was on the system so had to put general area and add specific bane on the additional info section. Just hope I get there!

Do not use this company we arrived at Palma airport last week and had to sit and wait for over an hour for our couch the driver didn't speak a word of English but at least we got to our hotel but the return didn't turn up we was suppose to be picked up at 17.00 outside our hotel but no suprise no signs of them we had the hotel receptionist ring them about 10 times and they kept saying he's 15 mins away until 2 hours later at 19.00 they said they won't be coming and we had to find our own way to the airport which cost us 80 euro in a taxi that they refused to pay it was over an hour journey from our hotel to the airport so just made our flight and there was no care from this company at all it's a disgrace DO NOT USE

Initial transfer on arrival at JFK to hotel was not great and return pickup was not text as stated had to contact them Phone number given unobtainable finally used web page not straight forward but once spoken to company very helpful

I did get the ansewr I was looking for eventually but it took a long time between posts.

Use them regularly, only downside is according to the booking form you will only wait a maximum of 45 minutes at the airport. I have regularly waited well over a hour.

I needed to cancel the transfer arrangements so I chatted online with A2Btransfers and did exactly that! It was very easy and as I did it within the relevant timescales there was no charge.
