Although our coach was quick to collect …

Although our coach was quick to collect us from airport we had paid for the express shuttle with a maximum of 4 stops this was not the case am hoping our return journey is what we paid for our booking reference was D1255251

Why are the prices going up yet the …

Why are the prices going up yet the exchange rates should make it cheaper? When the exchange rate was 2.7 YTL / £ I was paying about £8 each way for my trip Now the exchange rate is 5 YTL / £ I am paying £10. Tha is more than 100% increase in real terms.

I don't seem to be able to reply to the reply below, but Exchange rates cannot explain in this case the price going up. The exchange rates only justify a significant reduction in prices whereas the price in local currency has more than doubled. If that is due to partner changes then A2Btransfers need to look at the people who are doing their negotiations. I think it is more likely they are just taking advantage of the currency fluctuations to make more money.

I have just returned from madeira

I have just returned from madeira, I had booked with a company using monarch which went bust so everything needed to be altered, I did worry about transfers having read some bad reviews about this company. On arrival we were met by our driver who promptly showed us to our transport along wit 2 other couples going to different hotels, after a most informative drive by 1 of the most polite drivers we have ever had with perfect English we arrived at hotel. We were picked up following Friday 4.15 bang on time by a different driver equally as friendly and accommodating. I cannot rate this company high enough and have no reservations recommending them. Thank you a2b. I did not get the names of your drivers but we were picked up 24 nov. from easy jet 1971 and picked up from monte mar palace 1 dec. at 4.15 please convey our thanks to both drivers

I will not. I repeat I will not trust this company

I WILL NOT trust this company. First of all I stayed in LAGUNA PARK 2 WHILE THE A2B booked me for LAGUNA PARK1. I told the agent in Tenerife airport that I stay in L.P2. So she said ok she will correct it. Last day of my stay I got a text to stay infront of L.P1 .I called the agent for A2B company told her where do you want me to wait , LP1 OR 2 she said 1. So here you go I went down the hill to LP1 30 min earlier and stayed infront of hotel LP1 for 50min no bus turned up. When I called the agent she told me the driver said I was not there. Did the bus come? How can I miss it while I was waiting out side in sun for the bus. The truth is that the driver went to PL2 not to PL1 . So I wont trust A2B company again. Spanish lier.

Friendly service made booking a dream

Friendly service made booking a dream
I was a bit worried booking my transfers, but Hoppa made booking really easy; with it's step-by-step structure.
I did manage to make an error on my booking, but this was quickly resolved by a handy Hoppa Hero.
I definitely plan on booking with this service again.

Failure

Failure

Failed to provide return transfer from hotel to airport then offered derisory compensation and no explanation for failure to turn up or untrue information given by phone. Avoid at all costs. My costs for a replacement taxi were £25 - "full booking cost" quoted by A2b and offered as a refund £4.89. I have told travel agent to give this to charity as I want no more to do with either of them

We are truly sorry to hear of this experience. We have looked into the details of this booking and noted that a full refund of the booking cost was provided.

As you were unable to provide a taxi receipt, we were not in a position to authorise a refund for this cost, as it was a decision made by yourself to take a private taxi and not advised by our company.

In regards to your £4.89 refund, this was the entire cost of your transfer that had been paid, therefore you were refunded in full for this.

We trust that you will understand our reasons for not being able to refund any further costs.

tried to rectify and reconfirm requirements for return journey, local supplier in spain said they did not supply seats for children and pulled the plug
phoned head office in woking who refused to discuss the issue on the phone
my travel agent arranged a replacement
