Airport transfers and holiday taxis from A2B Transfers make it easy to get around on holiday. From airport taxis and holiday transfers to specialised taxi transfers.
Atrocious service !
We booked our service from Solihull moat lane to IKEA wednesbury ( veg reg:FD11 SVN)and after half and hour of our trip still we where only in tyburn cos of driver not listening to our suggestions.
Initially after we took the car the driver mentioned that he is going to take a short route and he has been going around the heartlands hospital area twice and inspire me having my google maps on and telling him there is road closure he didn't understand ( he basically don't understand ENGLISH) and we asked him your app should show road closure and he didn't know to reply and he was only telling that road is closed so he is again taking u turn.
It was the most worst experience we ever had and after 35min of drive we didn't reach ikea but we got down in the tyburn road and we called the company but A2B supporter their driver and asked us to infancy pay more . We didn't want to pay more than £5 but where forced to pay £10 and the lady who spoke also mentioned that they wouldn't provide any service to us if we don't pay this time .we where in middle or the road and you guys made it worse, the driver didn't even apologise and nor was he polite and neither he had an ear to listen to us. We handed him 10 pounds and he took off immediately. We need a refund of our 10 pound and a compensation for the all the issues he has caused us and moreover we had to hire another car for which we had to pay another 15 pound.
There has been no reference number neither in the SMS I got nor the app . I only have the car details (which I had mentioned above ).
I was told the issue will be investigated but so far haven't got any reply . I ve only been losing money on the customer care calls .
This only makes me believe that " we will have to investigate the issue " is just a eyewash line to diplomatically handle the recorded calls!!

Booked a transfer to the Airport with them in Santorini. Flight was at 4am, and the transfer pick up was scheduled at 2am, which was only 2 hours before the flight, but the worst was that it was 2:15 and the driver still hadn't arrived. So as the voucher said I first called the local agency and no one answered then I called A2Btransfers "emergency number" which is not an emergency number at all as it's just some music while a recorded voice says wait until we have an available agent to talk to you, which is not helpful at all when you have an emergency such as missing your flight back home. I wonder if at 2am they don't have anyone available what happens during day time?? What a joke of a emergency line. Finally as last resort I called the travel agency through i had booked the transfers and they had someone to pick up the phone and informed me that the driver was late but was coming. After that the driver arrived but he was really useless as he got lost on the way to the aiport although we managed to get there on time and take the flight.

Used A2B transferred for our holiday in Palma, Spain. Our flight was delayed and A2B transferred should have been aware of this due to it was a knock on affect from a problem with a earlier flight and many flights had the same problem. However upon arrival we went to the appropriate desk to get our "transferre" and were met by very unhelpful staff who basically didn't want to know us. Bearing in mind it was for a party of 6 so they made a few quid out of us. The A2B lady told us there was no recorded booking for us and we had to make our own way to our apartments. We eventually had to get 2 taxis at €90 each. DISGUSTING! So when we got home we contacted A2B to find out what went on and to try and claim back costs for taxis and were fobbed off and told no we are not paying the costs. OUTRAGED!
Do NOT use this company or you too will be ripped off and conned!!!

I booked a transfer from skiathos airport to my hotel, return (local taxi cost €40 return).I booked this as a "private transfer"from verycheap Holidays. It cost me £92! On arrival I was put in a local taxi, which had 2 other people in it already. I said its a private transfer. I was told if I wanted a private transfer i'd have to wait ages as they were busy.
The couple in the taxi, got dropped off 1st and paid the taxi driver €20 for doing so!
On return 2 other people also got in my private transfer. I had 2 wait 25 minutes for them as they were late. I told the driver that this was private and he rang his boss to verify the other 2 people. The driver threw the other couples luggage on top of our hand luggage which broke my daughters ipad screen.
I have complained to verycheap holidays about A2b transfers and they deny all knowlege that they knew anyone else shared my private transfer!
They are obviously scamming people out of alot of money and then putting lots of people in the same transfers to make double money or the travel agent are in on this too! Either way dont trust/book a2b transfers and dont book a private taxi from "very( not so) cheap holidays
If i had risked it and just got a taxi at the airport return it would have cost me€40.. as it is its cost me £92!!
100% rip off if i could give no stars i would.

Hi
My travel agent booked A2B(hoppa) private transfer cost £86.28 to pick us up at Cancun Airport and take us to our resort.
On arrival no transfer was there when I phoned their subsidiary company in Mexico was told my transfer was cancelled by hoppa(A2B) in the UK.
I then had to pay $100 US to get to the resort.
I contacted my travel agent who checked and confirmed my return transfer would definitely be there.
Again no transfer arrived and on contact with them was told the same hoppa(A2B) had cancelled it again.
Had to call their UK number from Mexico at a cost of £86.67 and eventually after 96 minutes of searching they organised a taxi.
My travel agent has informed me today that even though I've spent a total of £252.11 I am only being refunded £97.88.
I will not use this company again.
As seems to be the companies normal response was replied to on this sight (see below) but like others before me have stated they don't know any of my personal or holiday booking details.
SHAM response from SHAM company.
Now been waiting almost 3 weeks to hear anything back or receive contact from A2B beware people don't allow your travel agent to book you with them.

I spent 48 hours trying to confirm my return pickup to Ibiza airport , (l was only on Ibiza for 3days) finally with the help from several reception staff I got confirmation.
on the day of the pick up I was early and the waited 90 minutes. No one came or answered the emergency phone line. I then had to book a taxi which cost €58 + €2 for the cash point charge, this has now made me overdrawn at the bank so another £25
I contacted A2B they said I had contact Sunmaster before A2B will do anything. Sunmaster haven't replyed. I wish I had read these reviews before I booked. I want my money back. Dreadful service

REALLY DO NOT USE THIS FIRM got to Faro airport Portugal went to there desk waited in line for an Hr !!! and only to be laughed at when got to the front of the queue and to be told you missed your bus and to stand to one side and were (make you another bus !!) kept asking how long this would be and they just shrugged there shoulders !! waited another hr and decided this was long enough as people were getting very frustrated and check in desk staff were threatening to phone the police utter chaos, so got a taxi kept reciepe 49 Euros.
On our return journey we confirmed our time and pick up from hotel back to airport 2 days before (all confirmed) and exactly time of pick up reception came out of hotel and said A2B are on phone and said due to delays !! we are unable to pick you up and to get a taxi worst firm l have ever had the misfortune in dealing with everyone (KEEP WELL AWAY).
In process of claiming it all back which could take forever, so far have to wait 28 days for a response !!
From very unhappy customers Nick & Emma
Just had a reply from A2B saying there going to escalate the matter and investigate it, although they haven't got my booking No or my Flight No or my Surname so how are you going to do that !!!!!!!

Long transfer
Arrived at Corfu at 10pm and straight through to A2B/Lord Travel booth. Asked to sit and wait. 45mins later Hotel read out among 10 others and told which coach to get on. Another 45 mins before coach left. Route was far north of where we needed to go and took 2 hours. We were left at road by sea 10 mins away as large coach couldn't make it up to our hotel. Hotel had a small van which ferried us up the hill. Finally at reception at 2am! Return much better - even though still a long way round for us took 1 1/2 hours. This journey would have been 45 mins in a taxi. Have contacted to provider and awaiting a response.

travelling alone with my 5 year old granddaughter and plane was delayed. Followed the guidelines on my booking receipt however when we arrived at Lanzarote airport the rep kept telling me i was 6 hours late!! I tried to ask if there was a private transfer available which I would pay for and she screamed at me saying i had booked a bus. Tried to ask again but screamed at again. We didn't get the transfer we had paid for and managed to find a taxi to take us to our resort. Would never use this company again. Very rude and unhelpful. As requested reference is TRN 13412588

Left completely stranded by this company on landing in Crete and passed a badly written letter saying that they were no longer trading. We had to then pay €50 to get to our hotel.
We have had a refund and partial.refund for the transfer and an apology from the company but I would not be happy to use these guys again.

Our holiday was booked in Kos at the Michelangelo Resort and Spa with Inspired Luxury Escapes for mid-May who convinced me that private transfers from and to the airport would be much faster and convenient and the return journey would have a much later departure time from the hotel compared with a shuttle bus.
ILE sub-contracted the transfers to its trusted UK agent A2B Transfers who then contracted the local taxi company, Python Tours. On our booking confirmation document A2B Transfers stated that the transfer time both ways would be 1½ hours. With the distance from the airport to the hotel being c. 30 km meant an average speed of 20 kph or 12½ mph. I can cycle faster than this. Their estimated 1½ hour journey time affected our departure time from the hotel which was far too early. Nobody bothered to check the real time which is typically 30 mins. This was independently conformed with our hotel and Pythons Tours. Why did A2B Transfers get it wrong? They booked two 21 seater buses for our private transfer of 2 persons and assumed this would be running to a shuttle bus schedule. Next time I shall take a taxi (for no more than 4 persons!) from the airport to any of the resorts.

Booked through travel agents as a package but who use A2B transfers. Got picked up at Ibiza Airport with no problem but 24 hours before we were due to be picked up to come home we received an email that looked like it was spam (sent to lots of people and showing all our email addresses, very unprofessional, data protection etc) saying that our transfer was cancelled and to make other arrangements!! I telephoned the emergency number to find out if this was genuine and was told that yes it was and we must make alternative arrangements and will be given a refund, so I will chase this with travel agent tomorrow. We had to book a taxi and pay the 55 euros for this. After speaking to some other travellers at the airport, we were told that A2B had gone into liquidation! So beware!!

Waited at our hotel to be collected for return flight but A2B did not turn up.
Reception called them and was told at 8am they were 5 mins away, at 8.30am were told transfer was arranged for 9am, bearing in mind flight was at 11.10am and our paperwork said we would be collected around 6.30am.
Finally at 9.15am when they just didnt pick up the phone we had to take 2 taxis costing us £50.00 and just made our flight
I have complained to my travel operator and want a refund of taxi and transfer costs.

Company is a joke! We had to wait in airport for our private transfer to take us to hotel. While waiting there was an Irish guy complaining he wasn't collected and had to pay for a taxi. I was concerned and enquired could this happen to us and was given assurances.
Finally on our way home we waited did our transfer back to the airport. Waited and waited.... Don't bother trying to call as all you will get is recording. We had to make our own way to airport.
I would recommend avoiding them at any cost.

Horrible. Do not use. The driver didn't even drop us off at our hotel. He just stopped and pointed and said "go that way", we had to walk over 5 minutes (my partner is visually impaired) with our suitcases in a completely unfamiliar place.
To top that off, our transfer DID NOT pick us up. We were ready at 14:40 (transfer time was 14:50), the transfer did not arrive. We called the company after being left on hold for around 10 minutes who said the driver was parked two streets behind our hotel. We looked around nearly every street, no luck. Eventually, I just took the phone off my partner as I was getting very annoyed and asked them point blank "Right, where is the transfer." to which they said the driver had left, apparently waiting 20 minutes (not at our pickup point). Then we had to get a taxi to the airport which cost 76 euro. At no point were we ever informed nor told that the driver would be two streets away. We were constantly were put on hold and for us to have to ring the emergency number because our driver decided to park somewhere else without telling us is unacceptable. The lady on the phone was extremely rude with constantly disconnecting us, at one point hanging up when we were trying to find the driver, meaning we had to call again and be put on hold AGAIN.
COMPLETELY AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The return pick up was set for 5 hours before my flight. I tried calling their emergency line to speak with someone about this and I was on hold for 40 minutes calling a foreign number which cost me 60euro in phone fees.
I then managed to get through to the english number and a representative called "Jacey or Jason Bretts" which may be a fake name was possibly the rudest individual I have ever dealt with. He sighed the second he answered the phone and continued being difficult and patron
ising. When I asked him why he was being so rude he told me to make a complaint so here I am.

have just returned (2nd May)from a weeks stay in Rhodes where the transfers were provided by A2B travel what a nightmare.
From Kiotari to the airport it took 2 hours 30 minutes picking up from at least 12 different hotels from all over Rhodes.
This was cost cutting at its extreme.
NEVER EVER AGAIN WITH A2B
