How expensive and low efficient it is!

I have previously moved locations several times in Sydney and had some nightmare experiences with previous removalist, but by far this move today with AAA City Removalist was the best ever. The guys were very careful moving our furnitures onto the truck , and did not cause any damage to either properties, the one lived in and the one we moved on to. They were quick and efficient from start to finish, and were all friendly and polite. Also the office did follow up on our booking throughout the week to make sure everything is ready to go on the day.The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I’ve received.
I strongly recommend AAA City Removalists to anyone who is looking to move without any troubles.

I would just urge people to read the negative reviews here. They are much more credible and realistic than the positive reviews. Use these people at our peril.

We needed to move at short notice, the team at AAA City Removalists fitted us in anyway, which was a big relief.

We asked for boxes to be sent out and Junior arrived and did a terrific job.

Packing is stressful at the best of times, but the AAA team makes moving almost stress-free: friendly, professional, time-conscious, expert movers who regularly consulted me about what they proposed to move, in what order, as well as items that would have to be left behind for us to move, which I readily agreed to as all the bulky and heavy items were taken care of.

No surprises in the costs, which are clearly, repeatedly explained, so I understand exactly what costs I may incur.

A great team. Did a great job. Highly recommended!

We had a team of 3 and they were amazing. We only had an apartment but with 30stairs and lots of heavy furniture it was probably going to kill me and my family if we attempted ourselves. They came and had most of the place emptied in a couple of hours. All of our furniture was carefully transported and loaded into the truck. We moved up the coast so it was a long drive but they made it in great time and then carefully stacked everything up in our garage as we were having new flooring put in the house. They even left a walkway in the garage so that we could still move around things. Honestly amazing work and we, along with our backs, are forever grateful for the team’s hard work!

Really professional and really safe movers. No damage to any of my items or any of the walls floors etc. in either place. Their cost estimation could do with some more work though.

Very bad experience with AAA would never recommend it to anyone.
I booked with them according to the prices mentioned in their website I booked KingKong $70/half hr minimum 3hr charge I paid 250 in advance and received a confirmation email with all these details, on the moving day 2 men came and the asked me to sign on different price otherwise they go and I had no other choice to say no, The other price was 5 hours minimum payment which means $700 they done thier job in 3 hours with me,mum and my brother assistant and they charged me another 650 including 250 advance payment which mean $900 for three hours only.
The new house was 10min away from the old address they didn't take the whole stuff although was an empty space inside they asked me to take them with my small car and I had to go 5 times using my car, I asked them to take the stuff from the kitchen he said we sometimes move stuff belong to dogs and cats and the truck is dirty take them with your small car they didn't take the tv and didn't wrap anything as they mentioned in their website! Very Expensive and unexperience men not even half a star

The boys were fantastic, they arrived early, good communication, nothing was a problem and were quick and got the job done in no time at all. Nothing broken nothing scratched.

Let's start with good things. Booking process and move preparation was good. They supply free boxes that is an excellent initiative, I hate the fact that moving boxes are usually used only once...
Movers were in time and started to load the truck...

... at the speed of an old lady strolling with an old dog. I had a hope that they will heat up but it didn't happen. Instead they started to complain about heavy boxes (most of them I have packed and moved around alone) and stairs (that was known in advance) and even that things will not fit into the truck (that didn't happen).
In summary they were very unhappy to work.

I've moved the same amount of staff
a year ago from Randwick to Naremburn and it took 6 hours travel included for 2 men.
Which means roughly 2.5hours to unload the truck in Naremburn. For AAA men it
took 5 hours to load from the same place, there was only 10 min drive to the destination. And at the end we had no choice but to
help them so we have a chance to finish the move in one day.
So in order to achieve this performance they were using trolley for any
even lightest of my boxes (and it takes time to go downstairs with a
trolley) and didn't collaborate between them (for example one was
desperately trying to carry a mattress by himself)

I've put a lot of efforts to
secure parking spaces just in front of the exit in both locations.
There was no way to be closer than it was, but still I was charged for long walk. Apparently if they cannot park in front of your door, it's a long walk straight away.

I've read a lot of good reviews about this company and this weighted a
lot in my choice. Among them I've seen a review telling the same story
a mine. Unhappy, slow, and unable to complete the move in time without
help. My expectation was that they managed to fix this issue but
apparently the same movers are still working there and do the same
job.
Based on my compliant to the Quality department I presume that the company in endorsing this behaviour. They didn't try to propose me any satisfactory answer to my claim, didn't explain any of my observations but just tried to buy me (very cheap) so I don't post a negative review.

Excellent service and quick turnaround and boys very polite very honest and helpful
I will reuse them in future removals
