Terrible customer service.

Our holiday in Alanya did not go as expected at all. Afterwards I sent a complaint 27/7-23. I was told 10-12 weeks before they had an answer for me.
It is now 15 weeks ago. I have written to you twice, asking for an answer - but no response from you.

Horrible experience. Never again!!!!

I got promptly an answer to my special question without any long waiting time on the telephone Line.

I will never ever buy anything through this company. A lot of misleading information....Be careful about 24 cancellation....Nothing can´t be cancelled,postponed or rebooked by or to other person..a lot of excuses, and really don´t except any real help from them...so if you except any HELP from them in case of need..they will start with a lot of excuses and argue they are only an intermediaries

I have reserved three vacations (Mayorka, Tenerifes and Maldives) including flights, hotels and transfer on this website in last two or three years and I didn't have any problems with them. Everything was as arranged, i had some issues with my payment and resolved it with their call center. At first I was a little bit scared because I have paid big amounts of money to some unkown website, but it worked out just fine and better then fine. All recommendations.

Everything works fast, no traps, no aborts, the wanted hotel at the wanted time was offered and nothing else, Emials and documents fast. 5 Stars! Thanx.
