Never again - worst experience and biggest nightmare
Never book through this website! I would rate this agency with no stars if this was possible.
It is the worst organization I have experienced. My boyfriend and I wanted to go on vacation to Florida and stated our age (19 years) on the website and received hotel suggestions accordingly. When we booked and paid for the trip, we looked at the small print on the booking confirmation, which said that you can only check into the hotel if you are 21 years old. When we contacted ab in den Urlaub, they said there was nothing they could do except arrange for a rebooking to one of the shoddiest hotels ever for an additional charge of 2,700 euros, which is an impudence. They couldn't find any other hotels and didn't find the minimum age at the hotel themselves which does not speak for them. Everything about this ageny is unprofessional.
If you want to book a trip, I would highly recommend doing it trough the organizer (for example TUI) himself.
