At the beginning a problem trying to pay through internet with creditcard, because the name on card (initials) are different from full name of reservation.
Left message to call me, which customer service did within 3 minutes. The lady was very helpfull.
Booked the trip, flights and hotel as reserved, so overall a good experience.

The Maradiva Resort is a very spacious, elegant, and extremely well-maintained facility where guests feel very comfortable. The resort's management, under Mr. Blanchet and Ms. Zacharias, is characterized by both professionalism and a great sense of care for their guests. A very cozy and intimate little boutique hotel. We first stayed in the hotel in October 2024 for 9 days, and our stay was so good that we decided to stay there again for 9 days in May 2025. Each time we booked with half board but all inclusive is also available. Each time, we felt at home which was helped by the staff who are very friendly and attend to your needs. The food and buffet were delicious, and the menu was constantly changing which ensures something for all tastes. The cleaning ladies were friendly, and the room was always fresh. We especially liked the exceptionally clean pool and the access to the sea which is only 30m away. A harbour, many supermarkets, clothes shops, restaurants, bars and other amenities are nearby. All are part of the party mile but this has no effect on the Hotel which is in a quiet location. Perfect stay, we will definitely consider further visits in the future. A big thank you to all the staff!

Betrug! Während einer Wüstensafari wurden wir an einen Ort in der Wüste gebracht, von dem uns suggeriert wurde, dass das dort unser Ziel sei. Hier sollte als erstes eine Buggy Tour stattfinden, wofür wir einen kleinen Aufpreis zahlen sollten, insgesamt würden wir für rund 400 EUR zur Kssse gebeten. Allerdings hat uns der Fahrer danach in ein 2. Camp gefahren, welches das eigentliche Ziel war. Dort sollten wir noch einmal 250 EUR zahlen. Somit haben wir die 400 EUR also für eine 30min Fahrt mit dem Buggy gezahlt! Der Kontakt, über den wir die Tour gebucht hatten, meinte die Buggy Tour wäre nicht Teil der Safari gewesen, aber warum wurden wir dann überhaupt dorthin gebracht? Das kann doch nicht sein! Diese arglistige Täuschung hat unser Erlebnis stark getrübt und uns den Spaß an der Reise genommen. Wir fühlen uns ausgeraubt und bestohlen.

Scam! During a desert safari, we were taken to a place in the desert, which we were led to believe was our destination. The first thing we were supposed to do here was a buggy tour, for which we were asked to pay a small surcharge, in total we were asked to pay around 400 EUR. However, the driver then drove us to a 2nd camp, which was the actual destination. There we were asked to pay another 250 EUR. So we paid the 400 EUR for a 30-minute buggy ride! The contact through whom we had booked the tour said that the buggy tour was not part of the safari, but then why were we taken there at all? That can't be right! This malicious deception spoilt our experience and took the fun out of the trip. We feel defrauded and robbed.
