The trip was well organized, hotel and plane everything as described and as expected. Just the transfer from hotel to airport was too time consuming . Our flight was 14:20 and we were picked up at 8:20, 6 hours in advance even though only one hour needed to drive to airport. At the end I realized we were 1,5hours in the town driving around to pick up guests.

Today again I booked a journey to Turkey in June 2023. I did not need to wait in a queueing up in telephone line. The sales person was kind and competent. She did it very well.

Everything was highly professional. In the beginning I asked for my old voucher which I no longer had a number or code from. The colleague from "Ab-in-den-Ururlaub" found it very quickly and made it available. I was connected to the sales department, where another colleague had looked after me.
