Fine Holiday, difficult booking
We have booked our holiday with ab-in-den-Urlaub. Holiday was great. But The Communication with the Company is a Bit awfull. Complicated conversation, difficult payment process. And finally a difficult procedure to geht the promised bonus. I guess that many people do not the Bonus because of the difficulties.

During our stay in Orange County in…
During our stay in Orange County in BELEK in October 2022, a large local Turkish family of about 50 people also stayed here. The men of this family were always out to provoke a fight with other guests and became very aggressive. They provoked a fight by occupying tables that were not reserved for them. During our stay this family fought with guests, security and police. This has caused a lot of physical and emotional dama ge. However, the policy of this hotel is not to remove these aggressive guests from the hotel. After reporting to the police, these guests were allowed to continue their stay in this hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. Also, the food from the buffet is often cold.
We have booked this hotel by Ab in den Urlaub. They have recommeded this hotel. The service is very bad and the not-number doesnot work.
