I purchased a gomtaro saw, the blade of which snapped after using it for the third time. abbeypro failed to respond to 3 emails. On speaking with one of their employees, they told me that Silky would not warranty the product! I tried to explain that they were the retailer, and they were responsible for replacing a defective product. They were not interested, and completely failed to accept their responsibilities as a retailer. I will never use them again

Despite being out of stock of a product, Abbey Pro suggested an alternative that was clearly superior to the original choice. This did not delay the process and the goods were delivered on time. Moreover they worked well with the courier to ensure that special instructions covering delivery - access to the delivery point can be difficult at times - were heeded. Well done Abbey Pro. I will be back.

I purchased a pair of electronic ear defenders and set of spare pads. My initial pre order query regarding the item was addressed promptly by email and telephone. Whilst the spare pads were out of stock, the delivery of the full set of items was delivered via courier the dates and times of which were all communicated well in advance. As well as the efficient service, they were the most competitive on price on the web for this item.

Very good service

I was looking for a silky pruning saw that was different from the Comtaro models. It looks like this particular website offers more choices than previously thought, I had purchased different products in the past. The Silky SUGOL is a masterpiece of a pruning saw, the price is good and the saw has lethal teeth, just the thing tree surgeons need, it is well balanced and with an exceptional handle, well the web offers serious gear, I am impressed.
