I buy many items from Abbeypro, while it is possible to trawl the internet to find slightly cheaper in the end it comes down to quality and delivery and Abbeypro has both.

Overall good service but part of the order was incorrect. Invoice showed correct item but delivery note showed incorrect item as supplied. Still awaiting response to my e-mail highlighting error.

Thank you very much for the prompt service. My parcel wa well packaged, delivered within expected time, and the goods were just as described. Will definitely be using AbbeyPro again.

Placed an order and phoned after a few days to check progress. Was informed the order was going through main supplier and that I wouldn't get it in specified time. The apologised that they hadn't updated the system. I changed my order on the phone after confirming that I would receive my item on the date I asked. They confirmed and order was sent. The order did not arrive on time therefore not allowing me to use the item as I had left the country for a job where my item was required.

This could not have been any easier. Service is second to none.

They delivered very promptly but the boots were to big. Rang and spoke to someone who said they would email with advice on narrower boots. That didn't happen, so emailed them myself asking about exchange and return costs, no reply. Returned boots which cost me £15! Will unfortunatly have to go elsewhere, but I'm out of pocket and have no boots!

Good quality, arrived speedily. Sadly I ordered the braces with clips, not button holes which I really wanted. Despite emailing and leaving an answerphone message with customer support within 5 minutes, I still got the ones with clips.

Very good service and excellent after sales help with a small problem that they offered to fix but I deemed not enough of an issue to need replacing. Highly recommended.

The garment seems excellent value for money! The service was great with a good update on order progress. The delivery service (RM) should have delivered on the Saturday but the parcel did not arrive until the Monday through no fault of AbbeyPro. You can buy with confidence from this company.

Ordered some goods for next day delivery. I was then contacted to say the goods were not in stock but that they would "upgrade" me to the next level of product at the same cost.
Excellent service and will go back.

Have now received 240 metres of 3mm brushcutter line from abbey pro.
This should last me for some time and I will certainly buy from Abbey Pro again if they have what I am looking for which they certainly did in this case.
