Placed order for chainsaw trousers,helmet and gloves £323.97 in total, £17.50 paid in P+P. I had contacted Abbey Pro 3 times over an 12 day period about the items and on my last phonecall i was told this wasnt true, as there was no computer record of my calling. Two of the items (trousers and gloves) werent even in stock when i ordered them online, which was not stated on website. I then tried to cancel the order and was told i couldnt because quote "i could be anybody", and that i would have to cancel by email. When i questioned this, i was then told that he would hang up on me as quote " we werent getting anywhere". A thoroughly disappointing experience , with staff very aggressive and rude on final phonecall , when they were at fault and not me. "the uks favourite online store for professional machinery and accessories"........this has to be a joke

I ordered Electronic Ear Muffs which proved to be out of stock after a quick phone call. I was told it would be 7 to 10 working days before delivery, but they came after about 5 days, so more than pleased with that. Well packaged and email confirmation of sending. Would use again without doubt.

I had ordered a petzl. Helmet from them on a Sunday and had it delivered on Tuesday morning. The price was the best I could find and I couldn't fault the item or the delivery time. They kept me informed from when I ordered to when the item had been dropped off at my specified "safe place" at my home. Great straightforward service at a great price.

Price of goods was excellent, and the quality is superb, no issues with the product at all. Delivery was a little slow,but nothing too ponderous, would defiantly use again :)

The process of ordering and delivery of the Silky Saw was extremely well executed.
I would recommend Abbey to all my friends. The saw does what it says on the tin. Brilliant piece of kit, only trouble is the other half wants to use it all the time pruning in the orchard.

Great service from these guys. Not the cheapest on the net for a lot of products but willing to pay more if get good service. Website could do with an update now too, bit clunky and dated.
