Total scam. Wrong size and just terrible. No stuffing and flat. Trying to get my money back and they started with offering 10% refund...max of 30% refund. They told me it would cost too much to return. Their website clearly says if product is defective they will issue a refund. Such BS. This is not ok. Anyone out there that can help close up this illegal business???

Maybe they don’t have a concept of the size on the dogs

The worst pieces of crap ever. Bought the calming dog bed and it arrived wrapped in packing tape and in a plastic bag. The material could not be cheaper. Not at all what is represented in the ad online. Total waste of money. I might as well have set my $100 on fire. The bed had a rip in it within the first few hours of use. Don't do it. Don't get fooled as I did.

This not a good bed. Wow. I am so disappointed. There is literally more areas that have no padding then do. All the padding is clumped up in one area. I spent $65. I reached out to them and they offered me a 20% refund. So 12$. Gee, thanks alot. I Would not recommend buying from there.

This bed is awful!! $50.00 down the drain. Ordered it September 5, and got it September 21,2020. It’s lopsided. Not enough stuffing in the rim part so some of it was flat. Very poorly made! When my poodle lays on it he’s lopsided. I’m furious! No customer service!! Don’t waste your money here. There must be a federal agency I can complain too. They are ripping people off of their hard earned money during a pandemic!😡😩☹️

I see that Abbyspace has plenty of negative reviews so I am not going to waste my time writing another one.
Lost $30 to them because they put all the blame on the customer. This is for a dog bed I ordered within the last three weeks

I can NOT believe the awful service this place gives. The product sucks too! Doubt order from this site. They will take your money and if anything goes wrong with the delivery or service they will say it's on you and keep your money. SCAM!! If I could give negative 100 I would!

I recently ordered 3 beds for Abbyspace. All 3 beds were delivered within a week.
I choose Abbyspace beds because they offered a bed with a removable cover for machine washing. The last comfort bed I bought ended up in a waded up mess after machine washing. I had no idea there were so many bad review for this company, but my experience was great.

Shipping was fast but that is the last of my positive experience. I ordered an XL pet bed and received a very small flimsy half stuffed bed i could have bought at the dollar store. I paid $70 for this piece of junk. I have disputed this transaction with Paypal and my bank. this company is a scam. The compnay only offered me 20% refund.

This bed sucks!!!! I ordered it for my elderly dog and when it came in it fit in my mailbox🚩. Then when I open it I see its vacuum sealed so it gives me hope this could still work. Once I got it out of the package I realized all the so called stuffing is missing!!! They sent me a mostly empty shell of a bed. After hearing how difficult it has been for others to return I'm just going to try to stuff it myself and take the L. Lesson learned will never order from this place again.

I finally got ALL of my money back! I filed a dispute with my bank card company AND opened a dispute with PayPal also. Two months later I have received a letter from my bank finalizing my claim. I spent many hours on this, but I proved that this vendor is scamming US customers.

Terrible dog “bed”. Reminded me of the pillow you have in the back of the closet that’s deflated and should have been thrown out years ago. They recommended I wash it to solve the issue. Now I have a clean, deflated, blanket-like dog “bed”. Customer support gave me $5.60 refund, not enough to cover the hassle and time spent on the issue. Also, shipping was a 1-2 month wait, any other vendor/bed would be an improvement.

I ordered this bed through an Instagram ad and am very happy with it! It did not take too long and my little guy curls up in it and sleeps all day. I would recommend because of my positive experience.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM! If I could give this company a negative, I would. I received my bed and it had about a thimbles worth of stuffing in it... it was basically a poorly designed blanket. Fabric was even caught in the zipper. They have offered to reimburse me 50% without shipping it back to CHINA. Although it was shipped from Atlanta, I now have to spend more than the cost of the bed to ship a completely useless bed back to CHINA in order to receive a full refund. They never apologized, never offered to send another. Nothing. They want to keep 50% of the cost of something that they knew was not satisfactory. This company needs to be reported. Awful. Awful experience.

Shipping came less than a week, which I was surprised due to everything going on. My dogs LOVES her bed and knocks out whenever she's on it. The quality is great and the bed is soft. I recommend purchasing it!

If I could give no stars I definitely would. After ordering an XL bed for my dog I was sent a size Medium to which I contacted them asking to resend the right size free of charge (which they did). When I received my order for the SECOND time they had given me the exact same size Medium bed. The only response they had for me was "We apologize for the inconvenience" & offered a 10% discount, a sorry excuse for their mistake. After demanding a full refund they wouldn't budge past 30%. Never purchasing from them again, not surprised that they don't have a review section on their website.

I purchased a Dog bed from Abbyspace. I had purchased the Bed for my almost 16 year old dog to use in my new apartment. Unfortunately I did not open the package till after I moved. To my surprise it wasn't filled with nearly the amount of filling as shown on the website. I thought that maybe since it was vacuumed packed it needed 24 hours to get fluffed up. That never happened and he may as well been sleeping on the hard floor. For what I spent I could have gotten a better quality for much less at Home goods. First they offered me a 20% refund and to keep the product. I asked for a full refund but they offered me 30% and If I wanted to send it back I would have two ship it back to Hong Kong. This company is selling a Bogus product and selling lies. Don't purchase from this company.

Ordered two beds which were delivered to the wrong address. As required by FesEx Abbyspace has to file the claim. They are refusing and keep saying the package was delivered even though they FedEx said they delivered it to someone’s front door. I have a business delivery address where packages are signed for and left at a guard station. I have asked numerous times to have the package resent or money returned to no avail. Awful do NOT order from them.

Absolutely awful!
Avoid this website at all costs. I ordered an Xlarge calming dog bed and after about 8 weeks with absolutely no communication or order status given a limp, barely filled scrap of material showed up at my doorstep. It hardly even resembled a dog bed. I have been in contact with the company regarding this via multiple emails. They are impossible to reach, do not give order numbers to facilitate referencing a problem, and I'm not even sure understand English enough for effective communication as all of their emails are the same and appear cut and pasted. Probably the worst online buying experience I have ever had.
