The only reason it is not 0 is because I have to leave something. I received the product and it was completely not to my expectations, and my dog refused to even get in the bed. I immediately contacted their customer service and requested their address so I could return the product and be refunded. We exchanged multiple emails where they continually tried to dissuade me from returning the product. I asked for their address everytime, and they have refused to send me their address. They are now ignoring my emails and will not respond. I am now forced to go through PayPal to try and remedy this matter.

In a nutshell, this product and the company is a sham. HORRIBLE!!! Do yourself a favor and do not order any products from them.

The product is inferior. They don’t have a customer service phone. They don’t respond. Save your money. They are in China and there is no customer service.

Scam. Ordered a 2xl. Took 3.5 months to arrive...stuffing was 1/3 of what should have been there based on the website pictures. Waste of $125. You would pass this by in any pet store.

The x-large beds came in with holes in them and very thin weave. I didn't notice the holes until my dog started pulling out the stuffing and was choking. I tried to get my money back and they refused (I bought 2) and finally got 40% back. This product is NOTHING like what is advertised and I found a sticker that it was made in China. I think they are just cheap imports being resold.

Awful, I am so made that I did not do my research. No stuffing. Very small.

Worst purchase I've made in 10 years! It took 7 weeks to arrive and it was the cheapest, thinnest dog bed I've ever seen. It has little to no stuffing and my medium sized dog won't even fit in the XXL. In order to return, you must email them for instructions. I've emailed them 7 times with no response. I want everyone to know so you don't lose your money. Steer clear of this company.

Unfortunately I did not do my research on these dog beds before I purchased THREE of them. Next to NO stuffing at all in the center of the bed and no support at all. Will start the arguing to return- wish me luck!!

I will buy this bed on May 18, and I will send an e-mail to the company when the delivery is delayed. They say because of the Covi-19 it takes longer to get it. But 2 months ??? I hoped I had read this before I ordered, then I would have bought it somewhere else. Have not received it yet!

I wish I could give this product and company less than one star. It took 6 weeks to arrive. (which, at the time was due to covid-19 and so it was fine with me. But in hindsight...) The bed had so little stuffing inside that it felt like a cheap blanket on the floor... At best. When I tried to return they said it would cost me more to ship it back to Hong Kong than the price of the bed. They were willing to refund 30% of my purchase. Now, I have to throw it away. Its not even worth donating. I can't think of anything useful that can be done with this product... Maybe a halloween costume for a toddler? Unfortunately, my kids are older. This is a total scam.

This needs to have a negative star. This is a ScAM. I wish I would of read these reviews before I ordered this piece of fabric for $100.
It’s a bait and switch. Buyers beware. I’m now going through my credit card company for a refund because the customer service is a joke.

This has to be absolutely, without exception...the very worst purchase I've ever made!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! This is THE ONLY bed my dog has ever refused to sleep on! There is virtually no stuffing. When I contacted the company for a refund I found out it was in Hong Kong and would cost me $50-100 to send it back. They were will to refund 30% and I can keep the bed which I will donate.
Don’t waste your money!

Very excited to buy this plush, soft, XXXL calming bed!...what arrived was a wadded up, poorly made mess of crappy liner and less than half of the filling needed to make this dog bed anything but a warm spot on the hard floor.

Take the $120 bucks and just go make a dog bed a Michael's and use the other $100 for dog treats and dinner. So So SO unsatisfied.

Less than zero. Just received this XXXL calming dog bed today. My dog won’t go near it. It is crap. Wish I would have seen the reviews earlier. No stuffing, what little there is is all clumped to one size. I cannot believe I paid $98 for this.

Love this bed. Lost a star because of lack of padding but I shook it all around and it evened out. I bought it for my dachshund and my cats took it over. Bought another, their newer version for my dog.

I’m only giving them one star so i can leave my feedback. My item was was a large dog bed, and when i received it the bed had only a small amount of stuffing in it that clumped to one side. I contacted the company right away and the would only do one of two things: 1. Return it and have me pay the shipping rate of $30 to send back and get a new item or 2. Keep the item and only get $30 returned to me. This is extremely discouraging and terrible customer satisfaction.

My dogs LOVE this bed. They fight over it because it’s so comfortable. Took a bit to get because Covid 19 but that can’t be helped in today’s time. Great people who are trying to do good so just be patient. It’s worth it for your dog

ZERO stars. I should have read reviews before I purchased 2 beds from them. They advertise soft, fluffy and thick. Over 8 inches thick to be exact. The pet beds we received are barely 3 inches thick and there is next to ZERO stuffing in either bed. I've complained multiple times and nothing. They initially said they would give me a 20% refund but that never happened. I am not spending a dime to ship these pieces of garbage back to them. Lesson learned, I suppose but BUYER BEWARE. These reviews are REAL. These beds are complete garbage.

I read the reviews, but decided to purchase the fluffy dogs beds for one reason...the ability to ope them up and wash the cover separately. ALMOST still not worth it. They took a month to ship them - with email prompting and once they did show up, the amount of stuffing in these "fluffy" beds was laughable. I bought my own shredded memory foam to fill them. Really pricey on this site for what you get. I am keeping my purchase, but I would advise you to not bother!!!

The product that arrives looks nothing like pictured. The bed barely has any filling and the areas that do have any go flat when your dog lays on it. So basically it’s like laying on the floor with a blanket. The customer service is HORRIBLE! I’ve emailed them over it, been given an option to keep and get back 30% or return and have to pay shipping. I emailed them asking another question to get a response with another option of being sent a replacement. I questioned the quality of what would be sent this time and asked what the process would be for returning the other etc. I received another email saying a new one was sent with no response to all the questions I had throughout the other emails. Also note I had emailed them before my initial order was shipped requesting it to be canceled which they agreed to do then turned around and sent it anyways. They also asked in the email saying a new one was sent to please go and leave them a good review. After clicking the review link I can see I made a horrible mistake to every purchase from this company!
