If I could give this zero stars I would. The zipper immediately broke. The bed had 1/4 the stuffing it should. The batting used inside is lumpy and sparse. The cover is nice and soft but needs wayyyy more filling to look or feel like the ones pictured on the website.

The calming dog bed I ordered was nothing like advertised - flimsy, cheap material, and not to measurements for the specified weight and length. My 45 lb dog sank right through and was touching the floor. It is not calming for her, and she was uncomfortable.

This company ships out of Hong Kong and refuses to refund you unless you pay $30+ to ship the bed back on your own dime. I had a lengthy interaction with a customer service rep who gave me the run-around with issuing a refund and proposed unsatisfactory solutions. If this bed is as highly rated as they say it is, then they should be able to take the occasional return from an unhappy customer and issue a full refund. I feel like they took my money and lied about this cheap PoS product that I paid $60 for, under the guise of it being half off. Ugh. I'm so mad.

Horrific. The bed came in an airtight bag that had it squished so badly the stuffing was lumpy and would not settle back into shape at all. My dog would not go near the bed for days. Finally I just threw it out and I’m waiting on a refund. The outside is very soft but the inside was lumpy, uneven and extremely underfilled. There is nothing soothing about this. Poorly out together as all of the outer fur was stuck in the zipper so it was difficult to take the filling out to try and readjust . Stay away from this bed!!!

UPDATE: they refunded my full amount and did not make me return the bed. This situation revealed a flaw in their vacuum packing which destroyed the product. Still I would not buy bed because you don't know if they have resolved it...they said they have a warehouse full of them. I got the full refund because I started an email for people to report it to the false advertising authorities. I caught them publishing their own reviews too.

DO NOT BUY THIS BED!! They are fraudulent!! My bed arrived in 2 months because it came from hong kong, not California like it said in the ad. It had such little stuffing that the material had ZERO stuffing in four large places. It also has a 10 inch piece of the exterior fabric dangling from the middle and a solid hard piece of knotted fabric the size of a golf ball sewn into the middle bit.

When I tried to return it they said I could keep it and they would give me 20% so $14 for a bed I would not dare to allow my pet to use. It is lying on a hard floor in four large areas!! Back and forth we went. They said I could do option two which was sending it back for a full refund but I would have to pay the postage.

OK I would agree to that and told them so...then they freaked out and said I couldn't do that (they assumed incorrectly that I would scoop the 20% WRONG!)...then they said I would have to return it to Hong Kong and shipping would be $35...at that rate I would still make out ahead yielding me $38 instead of $14 for the 20%. Again they freaked out and upped it to 30% and keep the bed but that is still only $21.90. I'm waiting to see what they do...but BEWARE they are NOT advertising a quality product.

You can tell by the poor grammar that the positive reviews, especially by the grandma, were written by their team in Hong Kong...read it closely!!!!!

The bed is not well made and the stuffing is not tight.
It's loose and almost seems like no stuffing at all.
I'm not pleased and will not order this bed again. Order placed May 7th. Order received June 24th.

Hello everyone, I want to begin by saying my Fur Babies love their beds! I will buy again from Abbyspace. This company from everything they had to go through in this pandemic has been unreal. Here is my story. I ordered 4 beds for my babies and yes it took a while not because it was their fault but the Pandemics fault. I ended up sending a message even sent pics of my invoice and never have I’ve been answered to in such a speedy way. Message within 1 hour they messaged me back and apologized from the heart not because they had to. They were genuinely sorry and immediately jumped into action to see about my order. They messaged me back and told me if I did not get them in the next week to two to please message them back, well 5 days later one came and the next the other 3 came. I have never experience this kind of customer before. The bed came in packaged extremely well I mean well. Took me a bit to open but I know this was for my pets protection for nothing to happen to them. What they do is suck out the air so it compacts them and when you cut that open it opens up and the quality is amazing, the thickness is just right and the color was spot on. If your wondering did my dogs love them, you bet they did big time. My cats are now trying to take them over 😂 so they are great for cats and dogs. Don’t be disappointed and I know they were upset about orders taking a while that they have gone with a new logistics company to help orders get to us faster, but you know what for customer service the way they jumped on things it couldn’t be better and I am so glad I ordered. Thinking about getting my grand baby fur babies some for Christmas I am so satisfied with this company. So please this wit was worth it for me to have a company treat me as wonderful as they did. Thank you Abbyspace for your kindness, your dedication and answering me within an hour from my message to you. I will let everyone know about your site and thank you for making my fur babies happy!!!

I got 2 beds for my frenchies and they really love it. They were sleepingb on the sofa all the time. Since I got these cozy beds they fall in love with it and they sleep there and not on the sofa anymore. The design of these beds is perfect too. My dogs really love it and I am considering you to get them. Thank you for an amazing bed anbyspace 😍🥰❤️

These people claim to be a “small business” that sold “home made beds at local farmer markets, then “branched out” to provide “high quality products to the public, because every did deserves a quality calming dog bed”. They are anything but quality, IF you ever get the product! I got one after 3 months, still waiting on the second. They claim to have “American made products” until you confront them, then they finally tell you that they are a huge E commerce business based in Hong Kong! The 2XL size bed that I did receive wasn’t even large enough for my Siberia Husky, and so cheaply made it fell apart in 2 days! Avoid this company at all costs!!!

I bought 3 dog beds from Abbyspace. After reading reviews I thought maybe it was a a scam, but the first dog bed came in about a month after purchase. The timeline was faster than what the company advertised (which was about 6 weeks). My dog loves this bed. She is a Yorkie and always had be on a person not a dog bed. She actually uses this bed and seems to love it.

SCAM! DO NOT BUY this “calming bed”. I just received my XL bed, after 2 months of waiting from when I purchased. It looks nothing like the ads, both sets of interior pillows aren’t even fully stuffed.

I just requested for a full refund, but I doubt that will happen, given the terrible customer service. It took me multiple emails to get an answer from someone about the ETA. Save yourself money & time and do not support these scam artists!

Shipping took about 3 months to receive and Bad quality material “ looks cheap” as shown in the video and picture and , size is not big enough . I have a 28 pound schnauzer bought it for a 35 pound and still not big enough.

I agree with other reviewers. Do not buy this bed. There is nothing special about it and the sizing is very deceptive. On their site they show two dogs, one a golden, on a "large". My 35 lb. dog can't fit on it. They won't let me return it. If your dog might like the feel of a bed like this, Petsmart carrries similar ones for 1/3 of the price.

This bed is a piece of crap. After I read all the reviews, I tried to stop my $70 order and couldn't. It arrived and confirmed this is a major scam. This bed is like a rug, the filling is barely there. It just lays on the floor almost flat. Im so sad I gave this "company" so much money for a fake product.

Complete waste of money. Going to try to get a refund. The product is so cheap I cannot believe it. There is no stuffing and full of lumps. Do not believe the pictures you see. The bed looks nothing like it. Complete waste.

My little Yorki CoCo loves his new bed. It's so soft. Perfect fit. I'm happy with my purchase.

I ordered two beds on 4/28/20. While the money came out of my account immediately, I received no communication from the company after their initial notice that orders are taking 2-3 weeks to process. After 5 weeks of waiting, I contacted their customer service with a complaint. They said they’re delayed due to Covid, and offered me an additional 10% off. Finally, I received a shipment notice the first week of June. I received one bed, I believe it’s the XL (which is not big at all, measures about 20inches across for the inner bed), in a vacuum sealed plastic package. The other bed is still in CHINA and has yet to arrive. The bed that arrived was sent via FedEx and the other is with DSL. This whole ordeal has been a mess and the bed is nothing as advertised. I’m going to wash and try to fluff it and get some use out of it, but this has been a big waste of time and money. Would have been better off going to an actual store and buying in person.

Abbyspace doesn't even deserve this 1 star. Awful company, with an awful product, and shady business practices. I've requested a refund 12 times now bc the XXL bed I paid for has zero stuffing or support for even my 8 pound dog. I continually receive a scripted response back from their customer service team apologizing but never providing the instructions to return the item or get a refund. I've filed a complaint with the FTC. This company needs to be fined and shut down.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT AND MY TRACKING NUMBER IS BOGUS. I'VE REQUESTED A REFUND AND NOTHING YET. I ORDERED A BED IN THE MIDDLE OF APRIL AND IT STILL JAS NOT ARRIVED. ITS A BIG SCAM. I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE RECIEWS BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS POS COMANY.
