Total Instagram BS ad! The dog bed took well over a month, just from when it said it was "shipped" to arrive, it was ironically 4 short days after I asked for a refund that it magically arrived. The bed arrived in a amazon version of the ziplock storage bags that you vacuum out the air. Once the bed fluffed up it was barely fluffy, only on the outside. You could feel how cheaply it was made. DO NOT BUY. Terrible company. They won't answer e-mails in regards to a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a dog bed and it took forever to arrive. The website says the bed should be washed and tumble dried on low, which i did; and the bed now has a hole in it! The company said they would give me a 20% refund if i kept the bed or so could get a full refund and return it. I said I would like the full refund to which they responded they don’t suggest that because it needs to be shipped to hong kong. This item was shipped from EAST LA. This company is shady and has horrible customer service. DO NOT BUY THIS BED. Instagram suggested this bed to me via Ads and they should be more responsible about what companies they are allowing to be sponsored!

Over 6 weeks and I have yet to receive my 2 beds that I paid over $100 for, 3rd party customer support is a joke, continued promises and lies... they will not refund me either, even though my order has clearly not shipped. Run the other way, order from a reputable e-commerce seller!!!!

Beds run very small. Company will not take returns. Disappointing. Do not buy from them. Look at Amazon. They have these kind of beds and if you don’t like them you can return them.

I, along with the other reviewers below, got scammed by Abbyspace. I ordered THREE dog beds from them, one of which is size 3XL and "supposed to be" for dogs up to 150 lbs. So far, I have only received this ONE bed (no one seems to know where the other 2 beds are!). What I received was a flimsy piece of furry cloth with little to no inner filling whatsoever!!! This is in NO WAY made for a 150 lb dog!!! This 3XL bed would not even support my 8 lb cat!!!!

I contacted Abbyspace and told them NOT to ship out the other 2 dog beds, as the first one was so disappointing, and I told them I would be returning the first one for a full refund. They first offered me to keep the bed and they would refund me 30%. I told them NO, that I want a FULL refund and that they can keep their beds, as I have no use for them. They then responded saying I can return for full refund, but that I would have to pay $40 return shipping fee to HONG KONG!!! This bed isn't even worth $40!!! In addition, the bed was shipped to me from Walnut, CA. Why would I be expected to return it to HONG KONG?!?!?

I am not giving up on this. I refused to be scammed by these low lives who try to pass off their crap as actual "useable" merchandise!! I have been in contact with Paypal & my credit card company, and they are crediting my account until "further review". I have taken pics of the "dog bed" that I received as well as copied images of what they have advertised on their website. This is 100% false advertisement and the Better Business Bureau will be made aware of their scam as well.

I too wish I had read these reviews prior to throwing my money at these people. Live and learn ……….

DON’T PURCHASE! Poor quality bed with little padding for my dog. My 10y/o lab was limping when he got up from the bed. Company does not stand by their product on returns. Just lost over $100 on this scam. Shame on me for not reading these reviews before my purchase.

This product is extremely low quality. My dog started coughing after lying on in for few minutes.
Pictures on the website show beds of good qualitu. What I did recive is garbage not worth the price.

I ordered a dog bed during the lock-down so I understood that I wouldn't get it as soon as they promised, however when I got it 6 weeks later it was the wrong one, it look the same but the cover is not removable. I asked them to just sent me the one I ordered and no response.

I have not resived the dog bed I ordered and payd for in edvance.I cant track my order and get the answer from you ;there is not any order in your name or order number.What kind of business do you drive? FIDDLE???Iwill warn all my friends not to bye anything from you!!!

Garbage for the price. It is very soft and looks appealing but I am having to spend another $30 on stuffing.

Horrible. Took forever and I got the cheapest piece of crap I might as well gone to the dollar store and bought a dog bed. Low quality. Don’t do it.

I receive my bed and look nothing like in the website everything was poor quality. Then for you to get your money back you have to send a back and pay all the shipping and handling yourself. Including a $30 charge to send back to Hong Kong on top of that another $25 for shipping and handling. This company is a scam don’t buy from here. They answered my first few emails about my money back after that didn’t even answer me any more.

Terrible service. I ordered on May 4th and it's now June 10th without anything. I just asked for a refund.

Props to whoever is running their social media responses and ads. Very well done, but without shipping and product back up, you're just another Fyre Festival.

Worst dog bed I ever purchased. I am so disappointed in the cheap quality the picture is nothing like the bed I received total scam

All ads were showing me a dog bed that was calming, structurally supportive to the dog, and that was not the case. It was delivered in a vacuum packed bag as tight as it could come. When opened, its seams were very visible and could not be hid in the crease. It was VERY lumpy and my dog chose the floor rather than the bed.

For such a high priced bed, I was expected something of great quality and that was reflective of the website images. Not the case. Pure garbage.

When seeking a refund to return the item, I was told that I had to ship it to China in order to receive a refund. The USPS estimated the shipping to be at $45.

It's a total SCAM!

SCAM! Waited for 7 weeks, and never received my order. When I emailed customer service, they replied with an automated email about covid 19 affecting shipping at their LA, and Chicago warehouses. After some research, they are a company located in Honk Kong. I doubt I'll recieve a refund.

I ordered this product almost 3 months ago it took a month and a half to get a tracking number and now it’s been 20 days and only the label shipping label has been created it still has not been shipped I’m still waiting I purchased this for my best friends dog who is riddled with arthritis I am very upset Abby space you falsely advertise you have terrible customer service and you should have a contact person that someone can speak to

I've ordered a calming bed literally 2 months ago. Supposedly the item is on its way, but there is no update on the tracking, no update from Abbyspace, and even my dog lost faith in receiving his calming bed :)

I ordered one month ago and still no product. No response from their customer support after 2 emails. The Federal Trade Comission should be made aware of this scam. This is why consumers should stick to the tried and true businesses, and leave the ones alone with sketchy histories. This is why Amazon has made a killing with fast product deliveries.

I can only echo what so many others have said. Their products are inferior and their customer service is non-existent. I bought two of their dog beds for $120+; worst purchase ever!
