I purchased a dog bed April 22nd and received it June 1st!!!! I didn’t mind the wait to much because of the BS virus, but when I got it I was extremely disappointed. The fabric was great, but it was like throwing just fabric on the floor!! Hardly any filling in it at all! The pictures show these beds with filled sides and inner circle. Mine is completely flat. My dog just looked at it and went to his other bed. Waste of money!!!!! The only thing I can do now is buy filling and stuff it myself. Spent a lot of money just to make my own.

Very happy with the medium sized dog bed! It did take a little longer to arrive due to Covid, but it is just what I expected. My 23 pound dog just melts in it. I plan to order another one.

After 4 weeks I reached out to them to find out where my bed was and they finally sent it two days later. It then took another two weeks to get it. A total of over 6 weeks and the bed is junk! NOT WORTH IT....SAVE YOUR MONEY!

I learned that there are actually 2 different Abbyspace websites. The one that has “us” at the end of the web address is a total scam. The tracking information was in Chinese, so I could not read it. The confirmation email I received had a link to the website which did not exist. I emailed the company. After not getting a reply, I opened a dispute with PayPal. The company replied and said that the “logistics information had not been updated.” Do not order from this website.

I don’t know people are talking about. Maybe COVID slowed down orders? My bed came in in great time and my dog is obsessed. She has bad hips and hasn’t left her bed unless she’s getting walked or fed since it came in.

I wish I'd read more reviews before purchasing. This is a scam from China. I wrote them and told them an XL was so small my dog picked it up and treated it like a toy. it's not of any good quality. DO NOT FALL IF THIS PRODUCT! I did and I will never again buy from social media.

Well after 5 weeks I just received my pet bed. It's not as bad as I thought is was going to be. It's a decent size (I got the 3x). It fits 2 60lb and 1 80lb pitties cozily. It is not great quality but it's not the worst. Not worth 100$ but I'm just happy it wasnt a complete scam.

Do not order from this company. It took 6 weeks to arrive. When I got it was cheaply made. The filling/ stuffing was clumpy & sparse. They have been giving me the run around ever since. IM OUT $100! I repeat..DO NOT BUY FROM ABBYSPACE!

This bed is HORRIBLE, might as well make my dog sleep on the ground, although it is fluffy there is NO inside padding at all. DONT waste your money. BUY AMERICAN....

Received the bed and it was the worse bed I’ve ever seen for a dog. I can’t believe I didn’t do any research before hand. I’m trying to get a refund for it now but seems Unlikely. DO NOT BUY—-It’s a SCAM!

This company does not deserve even 1 star. DO NOT order from Abbyspace, it's 100% a scam! I ordered my dog bed 5 weeks ago and did not get it. You cannot contact the company because there is NO telephone number on the website. They keep sending me emails saying because of covid-19, shipments are taking longer than usual, but come on, 5 weeks. Shame on there scammers for using a pandemic as an excuse and lying to people during this time. I am calling my bank tomorrow morning to hopefully get my money back and filing a complaint with the better business bureau ASAP! Abbyspace you suck!

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. No one answers your email and the tracking number from China does not work. I have submitted a fraudulent charge with my credit card company. I will ALWAYS read reviews before ordering anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is , I ordered a bed May 14,,, never received a tracking or confirmation,,, after a few weeks i wondered what up,,, i sent a Email & they say they have no record of my order, that i am suppose to send them a screen shot with a receipt,,,,, I DONT HAVE ONE,,, so i get my credit card bill & theres a 39.90 on Pay pal,,,,, I don't even have a pay pal account,,, so now i have to wait 30 days & file a dispute,,,, place,,,, no phone number either ,, I am pissed!!!

Horrible company.... ordered a dog bed, never got it after a month was told it was out of stock. Then never got a refund... this place is HORRIBLE.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. I ordered a 108.00 dog bed that is absolutely trash. No padding just cheap fluffy material. Wow. All of this after waiting since April 29th it took 6 weeks to get after I emailed them with a complaint. I will never order from abbyspace again. Learn to do business right.

Hello, same boat as anyone else. Finally ended up in Facebook messenger and was told they couldn’t find my order. They said they were abbyspace.com and the place I ordered from is Abbyspace.us. Never heard anything back. Weirdest thing though, on my bank account the payment shows up as PayPal peak technologies. But when I go to PayPal the payment is not registered so I can’t claim it back using the PayPal account. I’ve asked my bank to credit the payment and claimed fraud.

I am unfortunately just reading all these reviews and hate to say that I am in the exact same boat! Spent over $100 on a dog bed and have received no response to any of my emails for over 5 weeks. Avoid this is a total SCAM!

Worst company ever. I’ve order of their website thinking this would be safer and here I am. I made a purchase back in 29 March, received 3 different tracking numbers and still waiting for my purchase to arrive. Already reported them now trying to get my money back

If you are reading these reviews than that means you are questioning this company, which you should!!!! Most positive reviews are from people who clearly live in other countries which truly solidifies the fact that this company is a horrible scam. I too ordered over a month ago and have attempted to cancel the order since I found out it is coming from CHINA. They indicated their "locations in California and Chicago" are fulfilling the orders but that is BS!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I will be filing a claim with Paypal for a return of funds and I hope all that were scammed will do the same so that they can get shut down for good!!!!
