Unfortunately, I didn’t read any reviews regarding Abbyspace before I purchased 2 dog beds. After opening the package and examining the beds, I immediately contacted customer service to return them. The quality is poor at best...and so is their customer service. They tried to convince me that it would be better to accept a $30 refund and keep the beds, because shipping would be too expensive. I was reeled in by their “friendly” website and the reviews from “customers?”. They probably posted them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST, THERE IS NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE CLEARLY BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PURCHASE YET THEY CLAIM THEY SHIPPED IT AND THAT'S WHY THEY COULDN'T REFUND ME. FED EX CONFIRMED THEY HAVE IN FACT NOT SHIPPED MY ORDER. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I just received my order (6 weeks after placing it) and I'm really disappointed in the quality. Sure, it's soft but it's insanely flimsy and barely has any padding at all. For the price I paid I honestly feel like I got ripped off. i'll be lucky if my Husky lays on it a couple times even. Way better off getting a 40$ dog bed off Amazon that actually has some padding and can actually be called a BED. I was so excited about this bed for my anxious Husky and now I would never recommend this company to anyone who actually cares for their pet.

Sorry so many have not been happy. It did take over a month to receive it: however I did contact them and they promptly responded. The bed I received was as advertised. Put it on the floor and my cat got in it and hasn’t moved. She really likes it so far.

WORST COMPANY EVER! I have not even received a tracking order from this company and I ordered back in April- I have written and emailed several times and have heard nothing back. These beds ARE NOT CHEAP either! Completely upset with the (no)service I have received form the company, not receiving the bed and spending ALOT of money on it. AND the weird thing is they advertise on Instagram?! They have no phone number to contact and has obviously suckered a ton of pet lovers money -UGH!

This is SCAM!!!! Do not order this!

I ordered a dog bed from there over a month ago. They never shipped it, never responded to my inquires about it, and never processed a refund when asked. I ended up disputing with my bank. Terrible customer service, couldn't tell you about the bed because they took my money and never shipped the product.

Well I guess I fell for this scam, after reading everyone’s reviews I ordered my bed weeks and weeks ago!

Did anyone receive a full refund after threatening them? Just curious I just told them I was going to report them if I didn’t have a full refund by 9 am tomorrow 🙄

RIPOFF. Purchased $100 bed in March. Now May 18 & never got it😡😡😡. SCAM. Stay away!!!

This is a scam website. DO NOT purchase from them. They never have shipped out the bed even though they have sent me 3 identical emails from their so-called "support" link.

I ordered a bed April 13. It is now may 17 and I have never received a bed. I’m starting to think this was a scam!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I have yet to see the product and it have been 2 months. They refuse to refund money until it is returned. I can’t return it if I never see it.

Be aware of this site and petlool.com. Before ordering check for a telephone number and call. This is a poor reflection on FB as well...

Unfortunately it’s not an option to leave zero stars. Similar to other reviews, I ordered the xl bed the beginning of April. Tracking originally showed it was on the way but now the number shows not valid. Have sent emails but no response. Escalating to PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

This site has got to be a scam. I ordered this bed April 14, it's now May 14, still no word of shipping. I wish I'd seen these reviews prior to wasting a dime on this.

Well, just like the rest on here; ordered my dog bed on April 10th, still nothing. Been showing the same tracking status since. Contacted them and received a few responses saying that they don't have it and the shipper does. Nothing is being done on their part to track it or at least contact the shipper. I've escalated issue to PayPal but not holding my breath. I feel like I'll be out of $53 with no item received.

It really should be mandatory to show where these items are being ordered from in order to avoid issues such as this. This is probably the 3rd thing I've tried ordering based on a Facebook advertisement that wound up coming from overseas that I not only had to wait months to receive but the product quality was below par and I was not able to send it back.

bought one of their extra large dog beds, and it's a total piece of trash. Very poorly constructed, its smaller than shown, and its lop-sided. The filling is lumpy and un-even. Luckily we got it at a "50%" discount, I would be furious if we had paid the full 120$ for this. I will absolutely be returning this item. Do not waste your time or money.
