This is more then bad. I would give them Negative 5. Ordered dog bed APRIL 3. Thought it was safe going through PayPal but nope, they took money and it’s now May 11, still no bed. It should be illegal to take the money prior to delivery. If COVID is holding it up then my money should be still in my acct. don’t order it’s a scam!

Same here, ordered 1 month ago and no product yet. Received the below from their "support" after asking about the product on 4-17-20. No communication since then:

I also ordered this bed April 3 they took my money and I have not received a thing except a tracking # 12 digits long that says a month later FedEx has received shipping info. That was on April 30th it is now May 10th

SCAM
I ordered a calming bed on March 30, 2020 and it is now May 8. I got one email 3 weeks ago that said it was in California and the tracking says its still there.
I should have read the reviews first and known better than to buy something advertised on FB. Shame on me.

I am trying to get a refund from this company for two pet beds they had forgotten to ship but took money for.....

Never buy anything from this company. I was stupid I didn't read the reviews on Trustpilot before I made an order last night. After I saw the reviews I tried to cancel my order via email 1hour 06min. after ordering. Abbyspace rules are that cancelation/change can take place up till 24 hours after ordering. Today after 3 mails to Abbyspace I got an answer, they couldn't help me, my order was allready send (yesterday night?). So now I'm exited to see how many month it will take before I get my catbed. They don't deserve the one star I have given them, but it seems that I can't leave with out any stars.

Worst bed ever!! Very cheaply made and no support. Took over a month for delivery. DO NOT BUY THIS BED!!!

ZERO stars! Like the numerous others that have written reviews, I have yet to receive my order. It’s been over a month. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they immediately sent a Fed Ex tracking number - which I now realize is fake. They also say the product ships from California. That may be true but it is imported from Hong Kong first. Had I’ve known that, I wouldn’t have ordered to begin with - not right now, anyway.

I only gave it one star because I couldn’t write this review if I didn’t. They don’t deserve any stars. Terrible company ordered 2 beds (3/31) still nothing. Ridiculous. Try reaching out to them good luck. Requested a refund and cancel the order- got a fake FedEx “tracking number”-

I guess I am in the group that got shammed by this company. I ordered 3 beds over a month ago and have not received anything. When I emailed customer service, they stated because of the virus things were being delayed. Gave me 10% discount on my order if I would wait nine more business days for the beds. It is way past nine more days and still no beds. When I reached out to customer service again, they responded by sending me a fake FedEx number for tracking. Still no beds and no refund. I have requested a refund several times and have not had any luck getting them. DEPLORABLE LIARS!! Do not buy from them.......they don't deserve any stars at all!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

100% satisfied! Packaging was incredibly done so no damage to product. The beds were just as described. Now to what I see with complaints from others....yes it took some time. Everything is moving slowly during this Pandemic. I’ve been ordering several products from different areas of the country. So yes shipping speed unfortunately is a little slower. But when my order arrived I forgot all about that. My dogs love their new beds! That makes it all worth it. Please give Abbyspace a chance. You can’t trust everyone’s reviews. I was even updated by them when I provided my order number as it’s status of when it was being shipped. Please just message them and ask before giving them a bad rating!

I’m torn between my star choices. It took five solid weeks for my two beds to arrive. I emailed the company and was given a cockamamie story about coronavirus being the reason for the delay. Fast forward to the Second part of the review. Both beds arrived in a taped plastic package with holes throughout the packaging. I was certain the beds were ripped. Once i got through the tape i realized they smushed two xxl beds into a package and wound it tight with packaging tape. One of the beds was fluffy and very soft. The other was soft but the center portion stuffing is balled into a small area and i can’t get the stuffing to even out. Not sure it’s even usable. It is not as the picture or video shows but the one bed that’s usable is heaven for my Lab. She’s been nestled in tight. For the cost i don’t think it’s worth it especially given the time to ship, but given my dog’s response i can’t just give it one star. Expect delays. And know it’s coming from another country. Buyer be warned!!

They deserve zero stars. Do not order from this company. I should have researched them beforehand. The bed that came wasn’t the size I ordered and it was terrible quality. They said I could return it to their warehouse in Hong Kong for $30. It’s basically a scam.

I ordered this on 4/1 and 24 days later no item. I sent email Monday and Friday with no response. Do not buy from these people!!!!

Crappy company don’t ever order from here it takes months to get your beds. Then when you call for a refund they prolong it and say it is coming. When it never comes they say the are working on it. Then one bed comes but the other never shows up. Then when you write a review they ask how can they help and then inform me I never got the bed through them, that it was a different company. But when you call the number on there site they redirected me to the company that they say they are not in partnership with. Such a scam beware

I’ve been waiting over a month for my order. No response to any of my emails. The order ship from China not LA and Chicago like their website says. I can understand COVID-19 delays, but not over a month with zero communication for an overpriced Chinese made dog bed.

Complete rip off!!!! I bought two beds and they never came. They won’t answer my emails. I’m putting in a complaint to Facebook as well. They should not allowed to be advertising on Facebook! How do you get your money back??

These beds are not anything like the picture on the ad. 2 beds were stuffed into a small bag & never retained the shape. However, my dogs like them so when I washed them, one came out of the washer with a large hole in the side. Don’t waste your money!

I must say, the dog bed did NOT look anything like what I ordered from the website. I ordered the 2xlg and it came in not nearly as puffy and full as I expected. However, my dog really seems to love it. She’s cozied up in it as I write this review.
