I made a huge mistake. Generally read reviews before ordering. Spent $60,00 on a bed that still has not come. This company is a sham!

I ordered a 2XL bed. The bed is not as fluffy and stuffed as it looks in the pictures that are advertised. Any negative comments about their product that are posted on Facebook are immediately deleted. This company is not honest about their product

I do not recommend this company. Poorly made, not filled enough as described on the website and did not know it was direct from China. The bed we received is flat and cheaply made. When I touched base with them, it’s been a back and forth of questions. What’s the order number, are you sure you bought from us? Lesson learned to read reviews before purchase.

Most horrible dog bed ever. Cheap cheap cheaply made. Didn’t know it was coming from China. I should have checked reviews. Awful quality, it is also very small.

I bought three beds for my dogs here in November last year, and I only received two of them at first. I thought it was fraud, so I contacted their customer service and asked for money. I sent several emails, and they soon contacted me and told me just wait 3-5 days. However, 1 week later, I still didn’t receive the two beds so i was totally angry, their customer service comforted me and told me they would give me a refund.
Well, sometimes you can't rush, good things are worth waiting for, the beds actually arrived, my neighbor received it for me.
I am so impressed by their service and product quality that I bought another bed for my cat Kianma last month.

There is no tracking number or shipping information available on the website for my order yet I was charged immediately.

I would like my product or a refund!

I ordered 2 dog beds months ago. The payment was taken out right away, but I only received 1 bed. I have reached out a dozen times, they respond asking for my order number and the address that they shipped the first bed to.

Then I was passed on to a customer service representative that said they would resend the item and to expect a tracking number.

This has never happened.

The quality of the pet bed that I did receive is not very good at all and I don’t expect it to last

Shipped from China? Ordered 12/12 for Christmas. Never received. My mistake for not reading reviews before placing order.
12/14/19 it was shipped. Never able to track. No number listed to call. Out over 100.00
Beware...

Ordered 2 beds on December 3rd. Received 1 bed early January and still no 2nd bed. Emailed and they said it’s on it’s way. Still never received. Why wouldn’t you ship the 2 beds out together?? Will be contacting my cc company tomorrow. BEWARE!! Oh.. and the one bed I do have doesn’t hold shape at all!!!!

I would not recommend ordering pet beds or anything from this Abbyspace. I ordered 2 beds from them Dec. 2, 2019. I received one after a month and they have no record of the other one. I contacted the customer service email and did get a reply asking for the order # which I had already given them. No reply for a week on where the other bed is. They are very poor quality as well. The stuffing was coming out of the one bed I did receive. My chihuahuas do not seem to care for the bed. I did not realize that the beds were being shipped from China! If I don’t receive a reply By Monday I’m reporting them to the BBB.

I think they are a scam, ordered bed weeks ago and contacted them several times.
I will be contacting my credit card company to stop payment.

Best Dog Bed Ever!
I'm always looking for a comfy bed for my 5 pound Mini Chihuahua. When I received this bed I just tossed it on the bedroom floor & when I turned around my pup was immediately cuddled up in his new donut! Perfect! I will order another!

I ordered almost a month ago from this company. When I tried to track my item number, doesn't exist! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!

I ordered a dog bed from Abbyspace over 3 weeks and still have not received it. The tracking shipment does not provide any info other then the package has been prepared and ready to leave China-same message since 3 days after ordering. The website says nothing about how long it takes to ship and in my opinion is deceptive. I contacted customer service they said I should get my package in about 7 days and gave me the link for tracking which gave me he same info that I mentioned above. Horrible and will never order again.

I ordered my dogs bed on Dec 14th the funds were immediately taken from my account on the same day and I have not received any shipping information at all. When I go to their website to check my order number it shows no order or shipping information at all. I just sent an email to the site and I assume not much hope after reading the reviews below. I will contact the BBB if I do not receive the bed or full refund within 5 days. This is ridiculous and a waste of my time and money.

Ordered and paid months ago, they do not answer emails ,no contact phone number terrible Customer Service and I’m beginning to think they are a bogus Company, I am going to try and get a refund but not feeling too positive - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!

It's so sad to see these negative reviews here. As for me and my pups, we are all happy with the bed. After about 2 weeks I got the bed. I took it out of the shrink wrap, fluffed it up & put it on the floor. Our larger dog immediately got in it, did a couple of turns, rubbed his face on it a few times & settled in. He has been in it without moving for 3 hrs! He really loves it! Our other poor dog has not had a chance to try it yet. I thought it was large enough for both, apparently not. So I would say to get a better experience - choose a larger size! Shipping is a bit slow but I think it worths the wait, my dogs do love it after all.

I ordered the oversized denim warm wool jacket in size large. The jacket I received was tiny and I couldnt fit in it. It was also neither denim or wool. It was a cheap flimsy grayish blue jacket made of polyester and cotton. I have emailed them for refund information but have not received a response yet. I am very disappointed!!!!!!!!

Do not purchase this is a bogus company lip service no contact phone number and shipped from somewhere in China reported to FTC and FBI hope they Get them

I ordered 2 beds, tracking website states it has been delivered. Now looking at other reviews seems like I've been had. Wish I had checked it out before buying. Also thought they were coming from USA not China!!!
